NAT'S POV:
I woke up feeling something against me. I jumped up and got ready to attack only to realize that I wasn't even in my bed and the thing that was next to me was a person, it was y/n. Somehow, my jumping off the couch in a panic didn't wake her and she was still fast asleep. I went around the corner to the kitchen and began to make myself a coffee. Might as well make one for y/n, right? After all, I was the one who fell asleep on her last night. I noticed how she makes her coffee for the last week, I think I've got it.
Soon enough, both coffees were ready and I went back to the living room to find y/n and deliver her coffee. When I turned the corner, she was gone. Tony gave her the day off today so I know she shouldn't be at work right now. Her room.
I went up to her room, which is on the same floor as mine, and knocked on her door.
"Good morning Ms. Romanoff." She greeted as soon as the door opened.
"Good morning y/n. You do realize that once someone falls asleep on your chest, you don't have to continue with formalities, right?"
"Yeah well, it still sounds appealing, so..."
"I uhh, I made you some coffee as an 'I'm sorry for falling asleep on you' thing." I hand her the coffee and she grabs it and takes a sip.
"Wow, this is perfect, thank you. And as for falling asleep on me, don't worry about it, I was comfortable." I smiled for a second before remembering what she said last night, making me nervous. "You alright there, Nat?"
"Yeah I just... did you mean what you said last night?" Her eyes widened and her face began to show signs of panic.
"What did I say last night? I have the world's worst memory and I am not responsible for anything I say when it's late and when I'm tired!"
"You said I had your trust again..." Her face relaxed completely as she let out a sigh of relief.
"Yes, that, I did mean it." She smiled and began to explain. "Wanda knocked some sense into me as well and she made me realize something that I didn't, in the moment, want to realize. That was that you never really lost my trust. I wanted to not trust you so badly to the point where I'd began to gaslight myself into thinking I didn't. I don't know what it is about you, but you've got my undivided attention, Romanoff."
Silence hit the room for a second, it wasn't uncomfortable but it wasn't comfortable. It was full of tension. We stood there looking into each other's eyes for a bit which definitely worsened the tension. So I decided to fix it.
I put one hand at the back of her neck and brought her forward as I leaned in, our lips connecting in the middle. She didn't pull away and I wasn't gonna let this moment end so soon. We kissed until we were breathless and she finally pulled away.
"That was... whoa." She was panting, still trying to catch her breath, as was I.
"Is that good?"
"It is, it really is... on the other hand we really should've thought about both morning and coffee breath..."
"Yeah, probably." We caught our breath and looked at each other for a little while. We then completely disregarded what we said and went back at it.

Y/N'S POV:
So that happened... Tony also gave me the day off so I couldn't talk to Vic and James about it, except I did.
