The next morning, Sanem and Leyla walk into the office building at 8 o'clock, being half an hour early but late when it comes to the rest already being there. Sanem glances around as they walk down the hall, Leyla staring ahead of her, her eyes still a little puffy but she was more disappointed and determined for Can to know the truth than sad.

"Sanem, when are you talking to Mr Can?" she asks as they reach her office.

As they enter, Can comes around the corner, greeting everyone with Emre behind him, but they don't see them yet.

"As soon as he gets here. I can't wait any longer."

"Good," Leyla nods sternly. "Talk to him. Tell him everything. Don't take no or any distractions for an answer." She glares at Emre's office through her door. "I have a few things to say to Mr Emre as well. He texted me that he was starting again today."

"He is?" Leyla nods. "Oh." I had no idea. "Tell him how you feel. Give him all kinds of hell." Sanem looks to her right and sees Can and Emre passing on their way in. "They're here." She puts her handbag on Leyla's visitor chair just as Can knocks on the glass with his stones.

"Good morning," he says to Leyla, passing the open door.

"Good morning," she answers, her gaze going from Can to Emre, who lifts a hand at both Leyla and Sanem.

"Morning."

"Morning," Leyla says, looking away irritably and he goes through to his office. She nods at Sanem when Sanem directs her head to Can's office. "I'm going," she mouths to Leyla who closes her eyes and nods again, then glares at Emre walking into his office.

Sanem clears her throat turning into Can's office, already closing the door behind her. "Good morning," she greets him and he looks at her, just reaching his desk.

"Good morning?" He eyes the door behind her. What are we talking about this morning that needs a closed door? "Why did you close the door?" She stops in front of him and he tilts his head. "Everything okay?"

"Yes."

He nods.

"I just...I have to tell you something important but I don't know where or how to start."

Okay? I'm listening though. He leans his backside on the desk and crosses his right ankle over his left foot, his hands on the edges as he waits.

Sanem swallows and looks through the glass at Emre in his office, already hard at work paging through some files and back. Can's eyes slide from Emre back to hers, noticing her looking at him.

"Sanem?"

"Yes," Sanem says and blinks up at him again. "Uhm, right, I probably have to say something don't I?"

"Well..." He shrugs. "I mean, you closed the door and all."

"Can - "

"Yes?"

"It's Mr Emre who took the snowglobe."

"Oh," Can looks at her for a second then nods.

Sanem looks at him at his indifferent reaction in confusion. "You don't look surprised? Or angry?"

"Yes, because I'm not either."

"Why not?"

"I already know," he shrugs and pushes off the desk, walking round to his chair to sit down.

"How do you know?" Sanem asks, following him.

"He told me," Can points at Emre. "Yesterday when I got home," Can answers absently, switching on his laptop.
