"...and then Fabbri came and things got awkward."

"That someone as shady as Fabbri could come and just turn the night on its head," Leyla shakes her head.

"I didn't like seeing him there. And Can was as upset as Mr McKinnon. He just hid it a lot better. I was afraid he might go over to Fabbri but he didn't." Sanem frowns at the streetlamps outside. "I would give him the perfume so he can leave us alone, but Can won't let me."

"I know," Leyla sighs and takes Sanem's hand. "It's okay," she coos as she rubs it gently. "Everything will be okay. Don't worry."

Sanem nods and tries to smile. She inhales and looks out the window again. "Where is dad?" she frowns.

Leyla shakes her head lightly, looking out as well. She spots a white car similar to Osman's and swallows. Maybe it will distract Sanem... "Osman bought a car."

"That's nice," Sanem mumbles absently.

"Hm." Leyla pulls chews on her lip. Okay...didn't work... "He bought it with the money he got for his acting so far. He came to pick me up from the office to surprise me."

Sanem looks at her fleetingly. "That's nice."

"We went for a long walk. Then we sat in the car and he confessed that he was in love with me."

Sanem looks away from the window and blinks. "What? What did you say?"

Sure, that gets her... "I mean, I already knew because he hinted it to me once before..." Sanem's eyes widen. "I haven't told you about that time, but, this time he actually told me outright Sanem. He wasn't shy about it like last time. I didn't take him serious then but tonight was different."

"Okay but what did you say?" Sanem repeats her question.

"What could I say? I was stunned. I didn't say anything. I just asked him to bring me home. Sanem," Leyla sighs, "Osman is a very good friend, I've known him my entire life. I don't know what to do with all of this... and I still love Emre." She looks down at her hands in her lap. "I don't know what to do," she lifts her shoulders.

Sanem huffs in frustration. They were both in such a mess. Her sister loved a man that didn't love her. Osman loved a girl that didn't love him. She didn't want to be insensitive but she would pick Osman over Emre any day - but then she's never really been in Leyla's shoes with having to choose between two men. "Osman is a nice guy. He's loved you for years...if only you could have felt what you feel for Emre for Osman you know?"

Leyla sits and stares at the floor for a few minutes, even more confused than before. "Can we not talk about this?" She was the one that brought it up hoping for some advice but Sanem was a little baised. "We have other things to worry about. Like dad. He's gone. He's never done something like this."

Sanem nods silently, agreeing, her worry for her father prominent again now that nothing else was being discussed.

Aylin's laughter fills the air around Emre. He was slowly getting more and more pissed off the more she laughed. It really wasn't that funny.

"Oh my God," she gasps through her laughter, "I can't believe it!" She stops and shakes her head and then starts up again. "In all of existence, you went and started - " She cuts herself off to laugh some more.

"Aylin," Emre grinds out in irritation. "This is not funny. And it's not the time to be funny either."

"I'm sorry Emre," she gasps and wipes her eyes, "but to me this is hilarious. Your newest and biggest client is Fabbri's mortal enemy? You can't make this up!"
