"Miss Aylin, I answer to Mr Can and Mr Emre. They are my bosses. I'm responsible for doing what they tell me to do."

"Aylin, what's going on here?" Emre asks, reaching the two women.

"Emre," Aylin looks at him, "I'm trying to teach the employees how to talk to their superiors, but it seems I can't get through."

"They know how to talk, trust me. You don't have to teach them anything. Leave Leyla alone and go."

Aylin tsks then smirks. "You can't kick me out this time."

"I can't legally do that no," Emre admits, "but there are other ways of making you leave."

Aylin lifts her brows, her lips puckered in a 'really now?' motion.

"Aylin," he continues, "you're not wanted around here. Why can't you see that? Stop trying to worm your way back in. Take your stuff and leave this office."

Sanem looks up at Can, trying to see if he was buying this charade between Emre and Aylin.

"That would have worked on the old Aylin, but that's not who you're dealing with anymore. The spying, the lies, that's all in the past. I'm here as an official representative for Enzo Fabri and his interests, I have every right to be here, and to make sure his investment isn't threatened, so that means I'm staying."

"Fine, stay," Emre sighs with his teeth grinding and Aylin lifts her hands, smirking even wider. "But go do your 'representing' somewhere else. Preferably away from the agency." Aylin's smirk disappears.
"If we need you to sign something, we'll let you know." He reaches for her arm. "Come on, I'll walk you out."

"I can walk just fine on my own, Emre, thank you," Aylin snaps and pulls her arm back then glances at the onlookers with narrowed eyes. "You're all going to be very sorry you treated me this way." She gives Emre one last scathing look and then walks off.

Emre stares at her back before turning to Leyla. "Are you okay?" he asks quietly.

Leyla nods, shrugging a little. "I am. Thank you."

"Do you want to go and have some coffee?"

"I'd like that."

-

Can looks at Sanem beside him then points towards the scene outside. "All of this is thanks to you, you know."

"I..."

"I'm not done," Can turns slightly and Sanem shuts her mouth. "I learned to listen from you. If you hadn't given me the courage to forgive Emre and give him another chance, we wouldn't have seen what we just did."

"Can - "

"Sanem, please," Can begs and lifts his hand to touch her cheek gently. "Don't play this off." He traces her cheek and then lowers his voice to whisper, "Thank you," he squeezes her arm after lowering his hand from her cheek. "Really."

Oh my God, Sanem looks up into his calm brown eyes, trying to swallow the knot forming in her throat, I have to tell him now...I have to -

"Hello."

Can stands back from Sanem at the voice and turn to look at Gamze and Ceyda walking in from the other side of the hall. "Oh," he clears his throat, "hey."

"Hello," Sanem squeaks out quietly.

"How are you all?"

"Great, thanks," Can nods. "Shall we go to my office?"

"Sure."

"Okay."

Ceyda looks at Sanem fleetingly as she follows behind Gamze and Can.
