The room was silent except for the hum of the air conditioner. Abhinav and Ruhanika sat with their arms wrapped around each other, Wasoolei nestled comfortably on Ruhanika's lap. No one spoke after the truth had been revealed, leaving Ruhanika in a state of silent turmoil. Abhinav felt uneasy about this silence, knowing that it stemmed from the harsh realities she had just learned about the Mittal family and their cruel intentions.

Unable to bear the silence any longer, Abhinav decided to break it.

"Rooh! Why aren't you saying anything? I know you're hurt, but..." He started to speak when Ruhanika abruptly cut him off.

"I am hurt, Abhinav Ji, but I understand now why you did this. Why you chose this way to reach me. This family has stolen my entire existence from me. They took my real family away. I don't even know who my real family is, where they are, or if they are alive. My whole life feels like a lie." She put her head on his chest, tears streaming down her face.

Abhinav tightened his grip around her, intertwining their fingers to give her the strength to continue.

Ruhanika buried her head further into his chest, her sobbing gradually subsiding. Abhinav felt a jolt of electricity as her lips brushed against his bare chest through his open button shirt. This was a new feeling for both of them, and he noticed her cheeks turning a deep shade of crimson as she realized what she had done.

"Rooh! Are you blushing, Meri Jaan?" he teased her gently.

"Ouch! Why are you hitting me?" he asked as she slapped his chest playfully.

"Why are you doing all this? I want to know," she demanded, her eyes full of curiosity and a hint of frustration.

"Wait, Meri Jaan. I will explain everything, but you have to be patient. For now, just know that you are my everything, and I will never let anything happen to you," Abhinav reassured her.

"Hmm, I believe you," she said, and Abhinav's heart swelled with happiness knowing that she trusted him.

"Accha, you know a lot about me, don't you?" she asked suddenly, breaking the silence of the past few minutes.

"Yeah, what do you want to know?" he replied.

"Tell me something about myself," she asked cutely, her eyes shining with anticipation. Abhinav couldn't deny her and decided to reply in a song that made her cheeks turn an even deeper shade of red.

"Abhinav Ji..."

"It's Abhinav, or you can just say Abhi," he interrupted, not liking the formal "Ji" from her.
"But how can I say just your name? In our Hindu culture, a wife can't take her husband's name, and here I am saying your name, so how can I drop the 'Ji'?" she said, her lips trembling under his intense gaze.

"Rooh, you are my wife, and a wife should have equal rights on her husband as her husband has on her. Just as I call you my Rooh, you have to give me a new name. Abhinav and Abhi are off the table. You have to come up with something unique," he explained.

She looked adorable, scrunching her nose and pouting her lips as she thought. Abhinav felt an overwhelming urge to kiss her and shower her with the love and care she deserved. He knew she had many questions, but he promised himself he would answer each one.

"Hmm! Okay, I get it..." She suddenly screamed excitedly, having apparently found a name for him.

"Why are you so excited, Rooh? Did you finally find a name for me?" he asked, amused.

"Yes! Baby, tell me what you decided to name me."

"PUMPKIN!" she said with excitement.

"What? Pumpkin? Are you sure, Rooh? I mean, I named you Rooh. Look how sweet that name is. And you came up with Pumpkin? Seriously? Pumpkin?" he replied grumpily.

"Look at you! You're laughing at me. Seriously, I don't like this name. Change it," he tried to stay serious, but Rooh's laughter made it impossible.

"But, I like this name. And you just said that as your wife, I can name you as I want. This is final," she said stubbornly.

"No, this is not going to be my name."

"Yes, it will."

"No..."

"Yes..."

"No... I said I will not let you call me Pumpkin."

"I will call you by this name only."

"I said no."

"I said Pumpkin."

"Bhow! Bhow!" Wasoolei interrupted their playful argument, having been startled from his nap.

"Abhinav Ji, I like this name very much. Can you not let me call you this? I promise, I will only call you by this name in our room." How could he deny her this cute request? If it made her happy, he was ready to be her Pumpkin.

"I think we have to leave now, Rooh. It's already late," he informed her.

Before she could respond, Abhinav's phone rang, interrupting their conversation.

"Hello?"

"Sir, it's already past 1 AM. I think we should leave now," Aman informed him on the other side of the phone.

"Yeah, did you prepare the papers?"

"Yes, sir."

"Okay, we are coming."

"Sir!"

"Yes, Aman?"

"Sir, actually I want to know..."

"What, Aman?"

"Sir, does madam know everything? I mean, you are like my big brother. I just want to know if everything is alright between you two. I am just concerned, sir. I am sorry if I spoke out of turn," he hesitantly said.

Aman's concern and worry for Ruhanika filled Abhinav with pride and happiness, knowing that there were others who cared for her.

"Let's go, Rooh. It's time to leave this haunted and traumatic place forever. And please, try to act like you are very sad and that I tortured you in the past few hours. Okay?"

"But why should I act like that? I was happy and comfortable in your presence, and I don't lie."

"But now you have to. Just show them that they did the right thing by treating you this way."

"Fine, I will do this. But first, answer my question."

"Ask as much as you want, dear wife."

"Why are you smirking?"

"Am I?"

"Yes."

"You will know very soon, love."

"Fine..."

Ruhanika left with Wasoolei, heading toward the living room, while Abhinav's mind was busy with thoughts about the Mittal family's future. A dangerous plan was forming, and his smirk grew bigger.

"Your time starts now, Mittal family..."
