The whole palace was illuminated with a million fairy lights, their twinkling reflections creating a magical aura that enveloped the surroundings. The scent of fresh flowers filled the air, mingling with the laughter and excited chatter of children running to and fro. The men of the Rajput clan were busy with last-minute preparations for the grand event of the day, while in a corner room, the lively conversation of the ladies echoed through the corridors.

Inside the room, Ruhanika, the second princess of the Rajput Khandan, sat in front of a large vanity mirror. She looked breathtaking in her bridal attire, the intricate designs of her lehenga shimmering under the light. The deep red of her outfit was adorned with golden embroidery, each stitch telling a tale of tradition and elegance. Her eyes, lined with kohl, reflected a mix of excitement and nervousness. The best beauticians in Rajasthan, specially arranged by her brother Abhishek, were meticulously working to perfect her look. Her hair, styled in intricate braids, was adorned with jasmine flowers, their delicate fragrance blending with the scent of her bridal perfume.

Avantika, her mother, walked towards her daughters, placing a small black dot behind their ears to ward off evil. "Kisi ki nazar na lage meri bacchi ko," she whispered, her voice filled with love and concern.

Sanyukta, Ruhanika's sister, grabbed Avantika's hand and led her to a nearby couch. "Chhoti maa, nazar sirf hame hi kyun lagegi, aap ko bhi lag sakti hai, hamare chhote papa ki," she teased, causing a ripple of laughter to spread among the women.

Once the beauticians were done, Ruhanika stood up, twirling slightly to admire herself in the mirror. "How do I look?" she asked, her voice tinged with anticipation.

Manyata, her badi maa, approached with teary eyes, gently cupping Ruhanika's face. "You are looking so beautiful, my daughter," she said, her voice choked with emotion. The women gathered around, their eyes misty with tears of joy.

"Truth is, my both granddaughters are beautiful. Nobody can match the beauty of my daughters," Dadi said, wiping her tear. She then grabbed Ruhanika's hand and continued, "I am so proud of you, Ruhi. You are our pride. You endured the pain and torture of that family just because of the family's revenge. But after today, happiness will be yours. May Bhagwan ji bless you."

Everyone smiled with teary eyes, and Manyata said, "Maa, we should go now. The baraat will be arriving in a few minutes, we should prepare the aarti thaal for Jamai Sa's welcome."

They stood up to go downstairs when there was a knock on the door. Sanyukta opened it to reveal Abhishek and Abhinandan standing there.

"If you all are ready, then come downstairs. The baraat is coming in a few minutes. Dadu is calling everyone," Abhishek said.
