Victoria woke up with the sun shining in her face through the curtains. She didn't forget where she'd slept, but she knew it was early afternoon when her and Steve had gotten home. Had she really slept all evening and all night? Apparently so. When she opened her eyes, the first thing she focused on was the muscular chest her head was laying on, Bucky. His flesh arm was wrapped around her shoulders as she laid on her side against him. She could still feel Steve behind her, his arm wrapped around her torso and his face buried in her neck. She could also still feel the soreness between her legs as well as all over her body from the cuts and whips. But damn, last night was good. She smiled at the memories of it and of the guys' aftercare.

Victoria didn't know what she expected when Steve had first brought Bucky into sex with them. But it definitely wasn't that he would get involved with taking care of her afterward. She didn't think he was the aftercare type, more of the fuck and leave type. Based on the chest she was laying on, she was happy to be wrong.

"How are you feeling?" Bucky asked quietly when he noticed Victoria had woken up. His fingers lightly rubbed along her arm as he continued to hold onto her.

Victoria blushed at that, everything she assumed about this man had been wrong so far. "I'm okay. What time is it?" She asked quietly. She didn't want to wake Steve. If he was sleeping, he clearly needed it.

"It's only 7." Bucky answered. It wasn't like Steve not to be awake at sunrise. She figured she must have worn him out taking care of her last night. But she did plan to make a few old man jokes towards him. "Can I ask you something?" Bucky blurted out. She quickly tilted her head to stare up at him, nodding. After everything they'd done sexually, it would be rude not to answer his questions.

Bucky stared at her nervously for a moment, unsure of how to word what he wanted to say. But even more unsure of if he even wanted the answer. At least if he didn't know, he could pretend she felt the same way about him that he did for her. But he had to know. "What are we doing? I don't just want to be the guy you call when you want rough sex. I want more." He blurted out. There, he said it. He got it off his chest. But now he felt sick with worry about what her answer was going to be.

Victoria just stared at him. Opening and closing her mouth several times, she wasn't sure of what to say. At the same time that she had feelings for Bucky, she refused to screw things up with Steve again. She refused to be without him. If admitting her feelings for Bucky even possibly jeopardized things with Steve, she couldn't speak up. But she didn't know how to crush someone just to save herself, especially someone as important as Bucky. "I.. I don't know. It's complicated. I can't... Steve." She managed to spit out. But she knew that didn't answer anything.

"Do you really think I'd let him anywhere near you if I wasn't okay with this?" Steve asked, surprising them both. He'd heard everything. He knew Bucky had feelings for her when she was still with Noah. And he knew Victoria at least had a schoolgirl crush on Bucky then, too. Inviting Bucky to join them was a conscious decision. He knew there was a possibility the two would want to be more. While the thought of Victoria with anyone else made him murderous, Bucky was different. Bucky was his best friend, they shared everything growing up. Why couldn't they share her? It was a concept completely foreign to him, but making her happy was his top priority. He tightened his arm around her waist, kissing the back of her neck lightly.

"I don't want to make problems, you two are perfect together. I just had to make my feelings known." Bucky quickly said. The afterthought that he could be the reason behind them splitting up again hadn't even occurred to him until he saw the panicked look on Victoria's face.

Steve sighed, sitting up in bed and pulling Victoria to lean against him. His arms banded around her waist, holding her steady. "I don't know how to do this, to share. But Buck, you're my best friend. You care about Vic, I care about Vic. Vic, if you care about us and you want something with both of us. Then I'm okay with it, as long as you're happy. But I know you have a picture in your head about what our future looks like, and I don't know if it's the same one Buck invisions." He explained.

Bucky raised an eyebrow at his friend, staring between the two. "What don't I want? Vic, I want you in any way you'll have me." He promised her.

Victoria sighed lightly, unsure of how to have everything she wanted. Unsure of if she deserved everything she wanted, or if it was even possible with the both of them. "I want kids, I want a house and a big terrifying dog that absolutely loves my kids. I don't want to pump gas ever again, or put air in my tires. But I want to have to make dinners and pack lunches. I don't know, just. I want the typical cheesy American dream. Just...with you both, maybe. I don't really know what I want. But I can't lose you, Steve. And I'd prefer not to lose you, Bucky.." She said. She didn't know if that's the type of person Bucky was, a family man. She wasn't even sure what her feelings for him were, but she wanted to find out.

Bucky listened intently. This was a lot to discuss with someone he'd never even taken on a date. But his feelings for Victoria went beyond what he felt for any of the nameless women he'd dated. So maybe it was good that this was so intense. "And how would that work? Take turns on who the dad is? Or just find out when the hair is blonde or black?" He teased.

Victoria raised an eyebrow. His answer sounded like he wanted that. It made it sound like he was okay with the life she imagined. That's not really how she pictured Bucky, a family man. But she's been happily wrong so far. "So you're saying..." She asked, trailing off. She was hoping he'd finish her sentence, confirm he wanted that.

Bucky took her hands, squeezing them lightly in his own. This whole thing was weird, too weird. But good. "I don't know how I feel about you, not yet. But I know I don't want to lose you. And I know you two are the only people I could picture myself wrong long term." He told her. It was true, he wasn't much of a people person anymore, not since Hydra. But he was with them. With his best friend and his girlfriend. Was she his girlfriend? Well...both of theirs.

"Sugar, you already knew I'm not losing you again. I refuse." Steve promised her. He wasn't sure how this would work. He knew if things went badly with her and Bucky, it could cost him his oldest friend. But it was worth the risk if she was happy. And he knew Bucky would put as much effort into her as he already does.

The three eneded up staying in bed through breakfast to talk about everything, deciding that trying this strange relationship was worth it. Victoria didn't want to lose either of them, and neither of them wanted to lose her. The hardest, and scary part, for Victoria was the risk that she could ruin the twos friendship. The last thing she would ever want would be to break up the friendship between the guys, the one that had been building since before even her parents were born or even thought of. It was terrifying to think that something she could do would jeapordize that. But both Steve and Bucky reassured her that their friendship was solid, far too solid to end over a simple misunderstanding or argument. So her only worry was that if somehow something went wrong with her and Bucky's relationship, it would cause a fight between Bucky and Steve.

Overall, Victoria felt like this was all terrifying and exciting at the same time.
