Elsewhere…

He screamed and when he meant screamed. The whole place around them shook, pain spread through his whole body. He wasn't aware of what was real or fake anymore as he screamed for help unaware that it was nearby. 

His interrogators looked at the Marshall Commander with pure shock in their features, as waves of pure power were coming from the man in front of them. 

"Emperor, he has…you best come see this" A trooper spoke into their comm unit as the door to the room opened not even a second later. Out stepped the Emperor who looked at the commander currently held between two chains, the power of the force around the commander in front of them was astonishing. 

"Take his blood. We need to know…" 

A wave like no other sent anyone in the room with the commander to the floor. The Emperor stumbled backwards only to be steadied by many, he shrugged off their hands. 

"Place him down in the slave camp with the other clones. Make sure he is shackled and collared. If he doesn't obey by our rules, we will make sure his brothers suffer" 

Cody didn't even register what occurred next as something stabbed into his neck before he could fight back and he was plunged into darkness. 

Waking up, he felt so disoriented only to find himself blinking upwards at a dirty ceiling. With a grimace he pushed himself to his feet only to gasp at the chains attached to his hands, he caught his reflection and spotted his appearance had changed slightly, his birthmark was hidden which he couldn't be more grateful for. 

"Cody?"

Whipping around Cody came face to face with some individuals he thought he would never see again. 

"Commander Thorn, boys" Cody quickly greeted seeing multiple clones around the room. They were chained but they didn't have the collar that he had. He could already feel the electricity flowing through it. 

Standing opposite him were many clones who had been cast aside or fought back including Boost, Ponds, Neuro, Blitz, Blackout, Bly, Gree, Stone, Jet and Trauma. 

"Sir, are you alright?"

"Just call me Cody, please. No more formal titles" 

Many of them looked at him in shock as Cody looked around their surroundings.

"How long have you been here?" Cody dreaded the answer but he had to ask. Gree gulped looking at Blitz who nodded. 

"A month after order 66, they started collecting the commanders" Thorn answered for them all, he looked uncomfortable as he leaned against his right side. 

"All?" Cody asked, he received several nods. He frowned, he noticed a few were missing but spotted the helmets against the wall. He immediately walked over ignoring the chains as he kneeled down and paid his respects.

"Doom is still alive but Havoc, Fil, Monnk and Colt didn't make it. They took Doom yesterday, he should be due to return…" 

"Why?" 

"We are soldiers…" 

"More like experiments" Blitz interrupted Gree who glared at him. Cody watched with worry, he noticed through the water that his eyes had reverted back to his normal brown, he wondered if his hair had too. 

"Where are we?" Cody questioned only earning himself several looks. 

"You really don't know? Where have you been for months?" Bly said with a dreaded smile. Cody shook his head.
