Silence filled the room, all attention was drawn to Obi-wan and Kix, for once the Jedi felt pure fear as Kix’s eyes glowed orange, it was clear that the silent message managed to pass through them both. Kix’s eyes darkened but before they went too far, another spoke up. 

“Casper, here now” 

The all father had spoken, Kix shook his head in disappointment before dropping Obi-wan, “Don’t move” Kix warned, turning away from Obi-wan. He quickly took notice of what everyone else had noticed. Crosshair had collapsed, he was seizing on the floor. Koragg and the all father were trying to wake him, but the darkness had a hold like no other. While Cody was in Althea’s arms, barely awake. 

Immediately Kix decided he would end this, “Echo, Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, here now!” Kix’s order was certainly heard as all four of them scrambled over despite the protective looks from the celestials. 

“Casper, what are you doing?” Koragg’s words had Kix smirking. 

“I’m dealing with this. Now I’d suggest, you take a step back” Kix’s cold tone had Korahh frowning, he still had Crosshair in his arms, “And let go of my brother” Kix added, his gaze nothing but protective.

“But, we can save him…them” 

“No, that falls to me, now doesn’t it. Now, take a damn step back” Kix snarled out, surprising them all. Koragg felt his father pull him back after he had gently placed Crosshair down, the marksman’s face twisting in pain. Althea remained where she was for now knowing she would have to let go of Cody eventually but for now she would continue to hold him. 

“Batch surround my brother, Tech you must hold him to your chest for this to work” Kix ordered, he watched Tech scoop up Crosshair who didn’t respond. Echo, Hunter and Wrecker followed him, making sure to follow the exact instructions especially since Kix didn’t look to be in the mood. “Jesse, call on Dove. We need the others back”. 

Jesse definitely heard his words as not a second later, Edira opened a portal and the children and young appeared. Cody blinked, feeling his son who was held in the comfortable arms of Rex, the captain holding his nephew.

“Son, what are you doing?” Dooku asked, taking a step forward at the same time Boss did, both of them concerned in their own ways. 

“Ending this damn prophecy, now unless you have something to say that is useful, shut up” Kix warned, his eyes darkening as he lifted Angel and Orion into his arms, both babies babbling at him. He smiled down at them, Dove watched him with wonder in her features until she caught his eyes, tears weld up in her own eyes as she watched him pass Angel to Hunter who was confused but lay the baby in Crosshairs arms. While Cody half accepted Orion, his son whimpered in his gaze. 

“Let go of Cody, this does not concern you” Kix warned Althea who smiled, she knew one thing, Kix was the best choice for the balance, not because he was straight to the point and blunt but more over the factor of him having the ability of control over others. 

“Kix” Jesse stepped forward, Kix blinked at him, “Trust me” Kix whispered, Jesse could only blink as he wrapped up Dove, who dived for her father. 

“Wait, what’s he doing?” Fives asked, turning to the three celestials. Both Althea and Koragg had lowered their gazes to the floor while the all father sighed. 

“Kix is sacrificing the balance for the sake of his brothers, he’s….” 

“He’s what?!” Boss roared, he jogged over to his son who had no choice but to face the fury of his adopted father. Coric remained with Delta Squad holding Fixer who trembled in Sev and Scorch’s grip. “Kid, you can’t…your heart….” Boss whispered, Kix barely blinked, he reached a hand up towards Boss’ face, tears slipping past the commando’s hold, Kix could do nothing but pull Boss close into a hug, “Thank you, dad, I’m sorry for this” Kix’s whisper had Boss confused until he felt light headed and his body collapsed on itself, Kix blinked lowering him, “Love you kid” Boss barely said as his whole world went dark.
