Two long weeks had passed since the incident which had been dubbed by them all. Cody was on strict watch, the oldest brother was a ticking time bomb and had agreed to an adaptation of the plan but only if the batch would be alright with it which were the worst terms because none of the batch agreed leaving Cody smirking. Instead Cody called in an old favour which led to the position he was in now. 

“Are you sure we can trust this individual?” Anakin asked for what felt like the seventh time. 

“Yes” 

“But what if they betray us?” Ahsoka questioned from beside Rex who smiled at her. 

“They won’t” 

“How can you be so sure?” Quinlan raised an eyebrow at the commander who had Orion strapped to his chest. 

“I just am, trust me” 

“No offence Cody but not many of us do trust you. Trust me, I would rather  trust Dooku over you at this time and place due to your episodes” Hardcase admitted, several heads nodded around the room earning them glares from Kix. 

“Believe what you want but this is one of the last persons I wanted to contact. So, if you choose not to trust me, live that way. I don’t exactly care at the moment” Cody gritted his teeth as he shifted Orion slightly when his son reached for him. Obi-wan frowned leaning into his chair beside a smirking Quinlan. 

“Son, how long until this person gets here?” Doooku turned to his oldest who wasn’t exactly in the best moods especially since Crosshair was still unconscious from being struck by lightning. 

“A few more minutes” Cody bluntly spoke, he twisted slightly to reach for an earpiece he had in his helmet. 

“What are they going to appear out of nowhere?” Quinlan mocked only for two individuals to clear their throats appearing in the doorway. 

“Cad Bane?” 

“Shaak Ti?”

“How the hell are these two going to help us, no offence?” Hardcase turned to Cody who smirked, putting some of them on edge. 

“You get the data?” Cody turned to Cad Bane who smirked, passing over the data and accepting Cody’s gift while Shaak Ti joined the other Jedi at the command table. 

“I did, all of it is there” Cad smirked looking around the room only to smirk as his eyes landed on Kix, the medic was tucked under Jesse’s chin. 

“Good, pick up will be at 18:00 hours. Darkstaff only” Cody whispered, Cad could only nod before he vanished into the rain leaving Cody to find all attention on him as he turned back to the room.

"Okay, Cody what's going on?" Dooku asked, his tone showing his frustration as the Jedi watched the commander in worry. 

"Truth is while you discussed your own plan. We, as in me, Kix and Cross, came up with our own and followed what you would call a 'prophecy', for months. I've been working to take down the Emperor and others but in reality I have been searching for the stones connected to us. We need the stones to wipe the darkness from our bodies including Crosshairs but what must happen is for us to give into the darkness for it to happen. As you already know me and Kix have already done it so we need Crosshair to give in which is why he did what he did to break me out of my spiral. Although we may still have episodes until Crosshair falls, it will continue. So we must make him fall" Cody explained, his eyes flickering red, making many of them frown. 

"How?" Echo asked the question they all dreaded.

"By killing Tech" Cody answered bluntly creating an uproar in the room.
