Victoria
I was back home within a matter of minutes and I ran into the house hysterically crying. I didn't know what to do or how to contain myself, but I had to suck up the tears before Theodore sees me crying. He's the last person I want to see me crying, but more importantly, I can't tell him about Luther r*ping Lindsey. Theodore would die if he ever found that out. I knew I'd have to tell him eventually, but just not right now. I just don't even want him getting himself involved with this right now.
I quietly closed the front door behind me and crept through the dark house. The entire house was pitch black and I didn't want to turn any lights on and disturb anybody so I just felt my way through the house. I walking through the living room, down the long hallway that led tot he dining room, through the dining room, past the Theodore's offices and all of the way until I got to the enclosed back porch.
I closed the door behind myself and plopped down on the large sectional before flipping on the light beside the sectional. I pulled my legs up under my butt and prepared myself for what I had to do. Theodore will probably go out and commit murder if he finds out what Luther did to Lindsey, and I know Daddy will be upset too, but he'll be able to control his emotions more than Theodore will, so I called Daddy on his cell phone.
The phone rang, and rang, and rang and just when I thought he wasn't going to answer because it was so late, he picked up the phone.
"Princess, do you know what time it is?" he answered, groggily.
I sighed, trying to fight back my tears but it was no use since they just poured out of my eyes. "Daddy. Daddy. I r-really need your help right now."
He sighed. "What's going on?"
"It's Lindsey, Daddy."
"Where's Big T?"
"In our bedroom asleep. He doesn't know what's going on. Only I know what's going on."
"Why?" he asked.
"Because I can't tell him or Luther's going to kill E.J and all of our family until it's just me left and I'll be begging to be dead. I'm not even supposed to be saying anything but I'm scared Daddy."
He sighed. "Hold on Princess. Did you just say Luther's back? I thought that nigga was dead."
"So did we but he just popped back up. He supposedly didn't die a few years ago, the police found his body and found out he had several warrants out for his arrest and he's been in jail ever since it happened. I don't know how long he's been out but he's been plotting against us, mainly me, because I cost him jail time. And now he wants revenge. And now he kidnapped Lindsey, E.J and our driver, Nathan."
"What are his motives baby girl? What does he want?"
I sighed. "He wants $2 million and he claims he'll give them back but I know things won't go as planned if I can come up with that kind of money. Daddy, I don't have that kind of money just laying around. I can't even help my family out," I cried.
He sighed, again. "Okay, listen Baby girl, you gotta stop crying. A'ight?"
I sniffed, wiping away the tears on my face because Daddy was right. I needed to be strong if I wanted to get through this. "Okay. I'll stop crying Daddy, but what am I gonna do?"
"I'm gonna help you. Do you know what's going on inside of the house or do you have any eyes inside of the house?"
I sighed. "No. He was working with a couple of my bad ass students from school, but he just shot and killed them right in front of my face Daddy. I don't think he's working with anybody else now. I think it's just him. He's got this master plan Daddy and he's been working on it for years. He doesn't need anybody else on his team anymore Daddy. But Luther did tell me something," I mumbled.
