*I don't know why the ending got cut off on the last chapter or why every time I fixed it, it never added the ending, but the beginning of this chapter is part of the ending for the last chapter.

Lindsey

Mama quickly hopped off of me and held out her bloody arms. "Your dirty daughter scratched up my arms," Mama said as her voice began to crack. So, this bitch can cry on cue now? "Look what she did to my arms Teddy!"

Daddy looked furious when he saw Mama's bleeding arms. He pulled Mama behind his back before walking up to me. Daddy snatched me up by my t shirt and pulled me out of the bed.

"What the hell is wrong with you? Why the hell would you put your hands on your mother?" he asked, holding me close to his face.

"Because she's ch--"

"Shut the hell up!" he yelled, cutting me off. Daddy tossed me down on the bed. "Look, I don't know what the hell has gotten into you but you need to get it together. I'm tired of seeing you lashing out against your family because of problems going on with you," he said as he took off his belt.

I scooted away from him as he prepared his belt as if he was about to give me a whooping. "D-Daddy what are you doing?" I asked trying to back away from him, but he pulled me back by my shirt and began delivering vicious blows to my back with his belt. Each time his belt smacked against my back, I let out a blood hurtling scream which only caused him to hit me even harder and for Mama to snicker in the background.

How could he do this to me when I was trying to protect him?

Daddy exited my room a few minutes later with Mama and all I could do was remain in the same position. My body was balled up. I couldn't even move. My back was stinging and I know if I move it'll sting even worse. That's the first time he's ever hit me. I mean, he's checked me before and might have patted my butt here and there but he's never used a belt on me and I've never cried or screamed this hard.

"Linds," I heard Isaiah say. "Lindsey, you good?" I shook my head. He came around to the side of the bed and sat down next to me. "What happened? All I heard was screaming up here. You get into an argument or something?"

I shook my head again. "No, can you get Ava please?"

"Yeah." He climbed off of my bed and walked back out of the room, but quickly came back with Ava.

"What happened Linds?"

"He hit me," I mumbled.

"Who hit you?"

"Daddy. He beat me with his belt."

"Where?" Her and Isaiah both asked.

"On my back."

Ava sighed. "You're gonna be fine. Just lay there and try to relax. The pain will stop soon. I'll give him some time to cool off but I'll talk to him in the morning. Why'd he hit you?"

I sighed. I wanted to expose Victoria, but I didn't even feel like trying anymore. No matter how hard I try to tell Daddy or try getting him on my side, she's always there to con him. It's like she's got him wrapped her around fingers. And it's sickening how oblivious he is to all of her madness. "Because Mama and I were arguing, things got heated and I scratched her because she wouldn't let go of me. Then I started screaming Daddy's name and I tried to explain myself but he took her side when he saw where I scratched her and didn't even give me a chance to explain what happened before he started whooping me."

"Damn Linds," Isaiah sighed. "Look, I got plenty of whooping's before and the pain will stop eventually. It's only temporary. You'll be back up in like an hour and it won't even feel like it happened. This your first whooping?"
