The Boss now had two men missing and his temper was rising at the incompetence of his workers who couldn't even carry out one simple instruction. He needed someone nice to look at, where was the android and he ordered one of his men to bring her.
Lin Jing's smart watch buzzed to inform him that the android was active but he had no control over her because he was out of the office and he was sure that the Boss would find out how harmless she really was. Boss watched as she entered and walked mechanically towards him, as if she was pure machine with no intelligence, giving him doubts about her condition as he stared into her frozen eyes.
"She doesn't even blink, are you sure she's working?"
The technician amongst them assured him that she was in tip top condition, and that maybe she needed time for her circuits to start up, like programmes on a laptop, and he believed him, not knowing any better.
"Li Qian, how are you feeling today? Are you in good condition?"
"I am well sir, in tip top condition." the android answered.
"If I ordered you to hurt someone would you do it?"
"Yes sir, you are my new owner, I obey your orders."
"Then go down to the room where a man is being held prisoner and break his arm."
"Yes sir, straight away."
The emotionless android left heading straight for the room where Yunlan was, and still having trouble to stand on his injured ankle. Da Qing was looking around to see if they could find something to use as a walking stick when the door flew open and banged against the wall behind and the android mechanically entered approaching Yunlan, and stopped at an arms length away from him. They both froze staring at each other for a moment and Yunlan smiled broadly.
"So, what does he want you to do?"
"Break your arm, how do we convince him that its done?" Gelan asked.
Yunlan pointed to the unconscious thug in the corner and suggested that they swap jackets, break his arm, take a photo and then fix it for him.
"He deserves to keep his broken arm after what he's been doing." the cat mumbled, because it was him who viciously broke Yunlan's fingers and ankle.
"My cat, we are not the same as them, yes its cruel to break his arm but he won't feel it and it willbe fixed before he wakes up, but if it helps us to stop the lunatic upstairs, then yes we'll do it.Gelan could you do it quickly and fix it please."
Da Qing helped Gelan remove his jacket, swapping it for Yunlan's before she snapped his arm easily and posed it, making it obvious to anyone looking at the photo that it was broken. Da Qing returned Yunlan's phone to Gelan as proof for the Boss, and she headed back upstairs, while Da Qing made a suggestion.
