"Good morning, Mei," Jungwon said, smiling as he woke up to her filling out paperwork.

"Good morning, Won," Mei said, focusing on him instead.

"How long have you been up?"

"About three hours?"

"You could've woke me up," Jungwon said.

"I wanted you to get all the sleep you can. I keep you up so late."

"So? I like talking with you."

"You need sleep, Won."

"Have you eaten yet?"

"No."

"Go eat, Mei. You need to eat just as much as I need sleep."

"But -"

"No buts. Go eat."

"I need to do -"

"Mei."

"It's important,"

"So is eating."

"I'd survive, Won."

"Now, Mei. Go eat."

"I can't."

"Why?"

"I'm scared," Mei mumbled, looking away, ashamed.

"What's wrong, Mei?"

"I'm just...I mean...It's going to sound stupid."

"I don't care how stupid it is. I just want to help you."

"I'm scared that if I do, I won't be pretty to you anymore," Mei said quietly. She felt pathetic, refusing to meet Jungwon's eyes.

"Mei, I understand. But please, please know that I just want you to be safe. I'd be a shitty boyfriend if I didn't think you were pretty because of  the results of you eating regularly. I'm literally in love with you. You'll always be pretty to me. You'll always be My Pretty Girl."

"Always?"

"Always."
