A fairytale of a beautiful maiden, the beloved Frost Flower Princess was supposed to be staying in the comfort of her castle masquerading as a cage to protect her from the dangers outside, imprisoned by her own brothers.
That is, until a mysterious...
* "Dripping and dripping, What's still falling? How come the beauty could never dance again? My naughty princess, where are you going? You may have known, that is all in vain"
** Pomefiore Dorm - Lounge
Epel dashed down the hallway after the miniature version of himself, finally bursting into the Pomefiore lounge.
"Slow down! C'mon, you're not supposed to run in the halls here!" he shouted in alarm.
The Epel tsum came to a stop, only to start bouncing up and down.
"And you're definitely not supposed to hop around!" Epel groaned, exasperated. "You were rolling all over the courtyard and walkways without a care. Now you're all dirty. Vil says a beautiful dorm spirit starts with a beautiful lounge, so we deep-clean this room every day." He scooped the plush into his arms, frowning.
The tsum stiffened in his grip but didn't seem repentant.
"If you track dirt on the carpet, you'll get stuck scrubbing it until you can't move your arms. And I'd be right there with you!" Epel warned, clutching the dusty plush.
He huffed, brushing off some dirt from the Epel tsum's fuzzy exterior.
"Look, horsin' around would be fine and dandy if we were back home in Harveston... But Pomefiore's really strict about manners." He sighed. "So would you please try to behave?" he pleaded earnestly.
The tsum blinked up at him... then promptly wriggled free and bounced out of his grasp.
"*Sigh* So much for that. It's just in one ear and out the other with this little fella..." Epel grumbled, shoulders sagging. "Well, crud. If Vil saw my tsum acting like this, he'd accuse me of 'negligent oversight'..."
As if summoned by fate, the sound of graceful, sharp footsteps echoed through the corridor.

"Why, yes. You know me so well." came Vil's cutting voice
"Greetings, Epel." Rook greeted with a warm, theatrical flourish. "Are you building the beautiful bond of friendship with your tsum companion?"
Epel winced. "Vil! And Rook's here too... Boy, I just had to jinx it." he mumbled, sweat beading on his forehead.
"I was wondering what all the commotion was. What is this oversized peanut doing? Was it raised in a barn?" Vil said, eyes narrowing as he examined the bouncing tsum.
"I allowed the tsum in our dorm because you were acting under the headmage's orders." Vil continued coldly. "But I never gave it permission to make a mess. You're supposed to be responsible for it. Teach it some manners." he scolded.
