YOU--

In that place where those mountains stood with ancient pride.
And the midnight wind circled through the vines,
whistling to the heartbeat of the Earth.
Where the owls sang a haunting hymn.
In that heavenly place, the most beautiful thing was you.

In that place where the light from those amber stars danced in the puddles down below.
And the fireflies mirrored the constellations above,
enveloped by a curtain of black.
Where the twisting streams raced to the riverbed.
In that heavenly place, the most beautiful thing was you.

In that place where the rays of the moon pierced the drifting clouds.
And the firewood crackled,
conversing with the violet sky.
Where the crickets chirped a lullaby to slumbering pines.
In that heavenly place, the most beautiful thing was you.

In that place where the creatures whispered tales of lovers old.
And the sweet scent of honeysuckle filled the night,
the petals cradled by the forest mist.
Where the wilderness hummed its timeless tune.
In that heavenly place, the most beautiful thing was you.
