(Long Chapter)

Tara's POV:

I was feeling much better. I could finally sit up. My stomach was very sore and bruised. But the pain was bearable.

The doctor came in and started talking to Liam. Asking him questions about that musclar guy that is supposedly my boyfriend.

It scared me seeing them thrown out of the room by the security. I don't know what the fight was about, but I knew for a fact that Liam wasn't the one who caused it.

There's something about Liam that I can't seem to get over. Maybe it was his lips. The way they moved with mine was just amazing. He was so gentle with his kiss. The feeling of a gentle kiss was foreign to me. Even though my memory was vague, I knew I have never felt that way before. And when he kissed me I had completely forgotten about my pain. How I wished he could kiss me again. I just want to feel his lips and forget about the world.

I hadn't realised that I had been staring at his mouth as he talked the whole time. He looked at me smirking. I think he knew what I was looking at.

I bit my lip and quickly looked away trying to shake my embarrassment off. I turned to Isaac who was staring at me. Cocking an eyebrow.

"It doesn't take a genius to tell what you were thinking." He whispered

I blushed.

"Nice to see your beautiful smile Miss Blake." The doctor said.

I laughed.

"Thank you." I said trying to stop smiling.

Liam continued to smirk at me. Which made my heart race.

I bit my lip again trying to stop smiling.

"It seems that you are doing better. Do you think you would be strong enough to stand up?" The doctor asked

I looked at him with concern.

"If you can't thats fine."

"No. No, I'll try." I said pulling the sheets off of my legs.

My knees were scratched up pretty bad. I just hope it won't scar me.

I brought one leg down to the floor still sitting on the bed.

The floor was so cold. It felt like ice on my bare foot. Which made my leg a bit numb.

The doctor stood to the side of me giving me room. Liam stood in front of me yet still giving me distance.

"Next leg." The doctor instructed

"Next leg." I echoed sighing.

I brought my other leg to the floor. Same thing happened. The floor was cold, and now both legs felt numb.

I slowly extended my legs. I was holding the doctors hand as he supported me.

I concentrated hard to not fall over. I was squeezing the doctors hand, using all the support I can get.

I felt like a baby learning how to stand properly on her feet.

"You're doing so well!" The doctor encouraged

Liam was smiling ear to ear.

I finally stood up somewhat straight. My knees were very shakey. I was still holding on to the doctors hand.

"I'm going to let go now. Just don't think to hard about keeping your balance."

He slowly let go of my hand.
