Sorry for such a short chapter, but I hope you enjoy it!

"Dallas wake up." Y/n demanded as she gently shook him awake. His eyes fluttered open as he awoke. He blinked as his eyes adjusted to the light day and the figure in front of him grew clearer. "Y-Y/n?" He asked with confusion and disbelief. "Who else would I be?" She asked with a chuckle.

He immediately shot up from his slouching position on the floor and embraced her tightly. "Woah dal!" She yelled with confusion as she wrapped her arms around him. "And here I thought you weren't goin soft for me." She said jokingly.

"I missed you doll. I thought you were gone." He said as he pulled away. He still held tight around her waist and admired her. "I was gone for half an hour Dal." She stated with a laugh. He chuckled, still questioning what had happened. Was it all just a dream? Had she never died? "Just missed ya." He mentioned.

"Look what I got ya... well stole I guess." She beamed as she dug in her back pocket. Dallas smiled as he waited intently to see what she had. She pulled out a small, black velvet box and held it out to him with pride. "What's this?" He asked as he picked it up from her delicate hands. "Look inside." She ordered happily as she gestured to the box.

He caressed the velvet before he gently opened it up. He smiled at the sight of a shiny metal ring, just like the one he gave to y/n. "Figured you missed playing with it all the time. Plus we match now." She said. He admired the ring, placing his finger on the it with awe. "Try it on." She demanded with a smile as she moved closer to him.

She picked up the ring in her hands and lifted Dallas's hand from his side. She nicely placed it on his right ring finger before backing away. "Ya like it?" She asked as Dallas looked down at his hand. "Yeah." He confirmed with a grin.

"Where'd ya steal it from?" He asked. She chuckled. "Me and Matilda were walking by a shop and I saw it through the window." She answered. He looked to her, bewildered at Matilda's name. Was she not dead either? He decided not to question it too much, making sure not to ruin the moment he was having with the girl he thought was gone.

"Thanks." He said as he inched his way towards her. "You're welcome." She said as she hung her arms around his neck. "I love you Dallas Tucker Winston." She said as she moved her face towards his. He chuckled at her use of his full name. "I love you too Y/n (your middle name) Smith." He stated, inches away from her lips. "God I missed you." He whispered against her lips before he kissed her passionately.

Pulling away ever minute or so to take a breath, they kissed to no end and Dallas longed for it to last forever. For he missed the touch of her soft lips against his. He missed her delicate hands running up and down his neck. He missed the gentle feeling of her hair entangled in his fingers. He missed her and was relieved to see her again. "She was never dead." He thought. "Never dead."

He woke up to the darkness of the night and the moon illuminating the room, revealing the presence of dust particles floating through the air gracefully. He sighed as he banged his head against the wall once more. It was all a dream. Matilda was dead. Y/n was dead. It was all a dream and he was now back to reality.

He sobbed more and more, curling up in a dark corner to sulk. He looked to his left where the trash can sat and the flowers and bear were thrown. With the petals now falling off of the roses and the bear now slightly stained, he picked both up gently and looked at them with sadness in his eyes.

"I love you y/n." He stated as if he were talking to her directly. "I love you." He repeated as he stuffed his head into both of the stolen gifts.
