"Aan, Beta, wake up!" My ears started to bleed as Mom yelled for the hundredth time. Ugh! Is my mother the only one that screams murder to wake me up, or are all mothers this loud?

"Aan, it won't be good for you if I have to come and wake you up," Mom yelled from the kitchen once more to wake me up.

"Ugh! Mom! I am up! Please, for the love of God, stop shouting or I'll be deaf by the time I come down for breakfast." I get up with a grunt after finishing my vocal workout, thanks to my lovely mother.

After an hour at the gym, I go through my morning routine and prepare for the day. I leave the room and my wing and go downstairs to the garden, where the mandir has been put up.

Some people think that if you are a wealthy businessman or one of the finest in the nation, or you belong to a rich family, you must be an atheist. The majority of people have the opinion that because wealthy people, or people like myself, have their asses so raised over their heads that they would never bend down even to their mothers it means God is not even an option.

Perhaps we have our asses up in the air, or perhaps we are too arrogant to bow in front of everyone, but I do not believe it is appropriate to include the family and God in that group. Why will I not accept the blessing of the one who has brought me to this point? Why in the world would I refuse the blessing of the god who gave me my family?

I quickly leave my thoughts behind and make my way to the dining area to greet my favourite and most vexing set of people, also known as my family.

"Aa gaya mera beta, haye kitna sundar lag raha hai, nazar na
lag jaye kisi ki" Mom gushed over me as I approached the dining table, as she often did. I grumbled as I walked closer to Dad, ignoring her over-the-top antics.

(Translation:- "My son has arrived, oh, he's looking so beautiful, may no one cast an evil eye.")

"Matlab meri toh kisi ko kadar hi nahi hai na. Maine tujhe uthaya, Maine Teri Tarif Kari aur tu jaa kar phele apne dad se mil, sahi hai," she exclaimed passionately, sitting on the chair and wiping her nonexistent tears.

(Translation:- "It means nobody values me at all, right? I woke you, I praised you, and you go straight to meet your dad first, fair enough.")

I asked Dad, "Where did you get this unique piece?" He just shrugged and looked at her with loving eyes and a smile on his face. God! The world will die of shock if they see The Veer Shekhawat smiling like a lovesick puppy. It is time to remove Star Plus and Zee TV from the channel list. Before I could respond to Maa, another pair of dramatic voices emerged from the corridor.

"Are you looking at them, Vi? Humari toh kisi ko fikar hi nahi hai, yaha main bhooka mar raha hu aur app logon ne bina mera wait kare hi khaana khana shuru kar diya! Hey Bhagwan, kaha jau main" I whacked the back of his head, making Dad and Vi chuckle and Rudra looked at Mom, complaining to her with an ugly pout.

(Translation:- "Are you looking at them, Vi? Nobody seems to care about us. Here I am, starving, and you all started eating without waiting for me! Oh God, where do I go now?")

"Aan, how many times have I told you not to hit him on the head?" Mom reprimanded me, and I could hear those two little shits holding back their laughter as I was scolded.

With one look from me, they are as quiet as dead. I chuckle at their antics and summon them to me. I get up from where I am seated because I know what is about to happen. I chuckle as I notice Vi pushing Rudy to the side and running straight into my arms. I keep my balance and hug her with the same ferocity. I kiss her on the top of her head, swing her with me, and close my eyes to enjoy the moment.

When I hear the sound of clicking, I open my eyes and shake my head with a small smile to see Mom standing in front of us with the camera. I smile at Mom and tell her to stop, but Mom, being Mom, hushes me and tells me to pose for the camera. I look down at Anvi, unsure of what to do, and find that she is oblivious to the situation in front of us, simply looking at me with love in her eyes. I am distracted for a moment by seeing my beautiful princess so happy and beaming, and then I hear the camera click.

"Sirf main hi adopted hu na, kachre ke dibbe se utha kar laaye thee na aap log mujhe. Koi mujhse pyaar nahi karta sab iss chudail se hi pyaar karte hai" Rudra whines like a little puppy seeking attention. I sigh in response to his theatrics and grab him for a bone-crushing hug. My mom's eyes are filled with tears and  I see my dad softly smiling at us. I tell Mom to take a picture, and as soon as she does, she beams with joy.

(Translation:- "Am I the only one who's adopted, huh? You just picked me up from the garbage bin, didn't you? Nobody loves me, everyone only loves this witch."   he is saying it in a funny way)

We sit down at the table and start having breakfast. Between Rudra's dramatic talks and Avni's stories about her college, the breakfast went smoothly. But when Dad inquired about Malhotra's deal, there was silence. I gritted my teeth and forcefully gripped the spoon. Everyone was aware that that shitfaced Malhotra was not willing to give me his shares and was not yielding to me. He is unaware that he is up against Aanvik Shekhawat this time and will ultimately have to succumb to me by any means necessary.

I gave him a menacing gaze and gave him my signature smirk when I said, "Don't worry Dad, he will submit to me within 24 hours," he nodded, Maa seeming a bit uncertain, and Rudra laughed and winked at me.

I immediately finish breakfast and give my mother and Anvi
forehead kisses. I and Rudra quickly hug Dad before leaving for the parking lot. It is time to reveal who the real Aanvik Shekhawat is and why everyone should be afraid of him.

Hello, my name is Aanvik Shekhawat, and this is my life I
solely own it, and no one can change it.

In every Indian story, whenever the Male lead is introduced, we all see that he is in his office or doing something that will make him look like a dominant and scary person.

So that's why I tried the new approach of Showing Aanvik's character as a family lover. I hope you liked it!!!!
