Chapter 8

Your P.O.V
I drove to the address that uncle Jesse gave me. The house was beautiful and quiet. The house was two story. The trees and bushes were lush and green and the sound of the ocean calmed me. I packed my duel runner in the garage and walked to the front door. I knockled once and saw Ruby. I smiled and picked her up. Jesse opened the door and smiled brightly.

"Y/n! My gem! How are you?" He asked. I smiled.

"Really well! How are you doing?" I asked andwalked inside. I saw Jaden walking down the stairs. He looked up and smiled.

"Hey kiddo! How's it going?" He asked.

"It wasn't so long ago that you've seen me, uncle Jaden." I replied. He shrugged and we went to sit down. It was getting late but Jesse wanted to catch up with me. I talked to him for about two hours before my phone went off. I picked it up and looked who was calling. I smiled and answered.

"Hey Yusei! What can I do you for? It is quite late after all." I said.

"Can I come over. We need to talk about the crimson dragon." He said. My eyes widened.

"Uh...yeah. Yeah! I'll send you my address. I'll see you when you get here." I said and he hung up. I sent him the address and looked down at it with a sigh.

"Something wrong?" Jesse asked.

"The crimson dragon awoke again. It somehow talked to me? I'm not sure. All I know is that Yusei is a signer and so is Akiza, Jack and Luna." I explained. Jesse placed a hand on my arm and smiled.

"Whatever it is you're going through, we'll be right here." He said with a smile. "Now. Come and help me wash up. Jaden went to have a shower."

I chuckled and got up to help Jesse out. I waljed into the kitchen and started to wash the dishes. I was deep in thought when I felt a tap on the shoulder. I looked up and almost dropped a plate which was soon grabbed my a gloved hand.

Yusei's P.O.V
I drove to Y/n's place and parked in the garage next to Y/n's duel runner. I got off and placed the helmet down. I closed the garage and went to the front door. I rang the bell and waited. A man with aqua hair opened the door and smiled.

"You must be one of Y/n's friends. Come in!" He said. I walked in and looked around.

"Y/n's in the kitchen. I'll be upstairs of any of you need me." He said and waljed up the stairs. I waljed to the kitchen and saw Y/n deep in thought. I waljed closer and tapped his shoulder, making him jump in surprise and almost drop a plate. I grabbed it before it hit the floor and break. Y/n moved back and was surprised.

"Yusei Fudo! Don't scare me like that!" He exclaimed taking a deep breath. I smiled softly and placed the plate in the sink. I walked closer to him which he moved back with embarrassment. He soon it the cabinet's while I leaned into his face. I looked at it and moved away with a chuckle. He grabbed a tea towel and smacked me with it.

"Hey! Didn't need you to hit me with that." I said. Y/n crossed his arms and glared at me.

"Don't do that again would you? Scared the sacred beasts out of me." Y/n said. "Now. Go and sit down. I'll make you some tea."

I went to sit at the table, taking my jacket off and placing it at the back of the chair. Y/n walked over and set a cup of tea down infront of me.

"It will help you relax and talk freely. You said something about the crimson dragon. It must be serious if you rang me and wanted to come over." Y/n said. I nod.

"Something tells me that something bads going to happen." Yusei said. "We were trying to figure out what this crimson dragon is but we got nothing. I just frustrates me."
