Let me just start off by saying if you thought I was dead, I was pretty close.
I don't remember most of what happened that night and the following few days after but I've pieced it together based on what everyone else has told me. Let's just say I was pretty much at death's door by the time Nik found me.
It turns out the woman who would try to take my life was nothing more than a contractor hired to hunt down wolves in the bayou.
A backup plan in case something happened to Evelyn, a power hungry witch who had taken Hope. Together Kol and Freya tracked her down and ended her life but it was far from over. Her clan of witches were still around.
The ones we didn't kill because we didn't know there were more of them.
