"I'm literally sitting next to her, the world wants us to be partners!"

"The only reason you're sitting next to her is that you stick to her side like a fucking koala, you literally stole that seat from me."

"what can I say they call me a thief for a reason, I steal hearts and seats."

"Maybe consider stealing a brain next, you lack one!"

"I don't even wanna play anymore how long are you gonna argue?" Nabi whined feeling annoyed at the two. the group of friends were playing uno in pairs. Seonghwa and Soojin obviously playing together, Nabi and San, and then there were Yunho and Wooyoung fighting over who would be Hyunmi's partner while Yeosang was chomping on his carrots botherlessly while watching his friends argue like he was watching a k-drama.

"Cons of being the best player on the earth, everybody wants you!" Hyunmi said cockily while fake yawning as Soojin chuckled.

"Hyunmi you love math, right? then you should know that a minus and a plus make a plus sign!" Wooyoung said smirking.

"That's incorrect?"

"Good thing we're not numbers then!"

"Honestly, I'm choosing Yeosang, y'all can contact me when you grow your own brain cells instead of sharing one!" She answered while smiling, causing both of their faces to drop as Yeosang snorted.

"Finally! we can play!" Nabi cheered before a knock on the door interrupted her. "I swear to god the universe is laughing at me or something" She sighed as she walked to the door, opening it without checking who it was first, which she regretted immediately.

"hi," Jeno said and invited himself in, walking past the annoyed girl. "Oh, you have guests?"

"Jeno? Did you bring us muffins?" Yunho asked while his eyes lit up with joy before Hyunmi kicked him in the stomach making him groan, before he corrected himself "What I meant is what are you doing here?"

"What are you here for?"

"I just thought I would pass by," He answered as he flashed his gorgeous smile at her, "I realized that my work is close to your apartment."

"I-" Nabi started only to get interrupted by her neighbor.

"Hi there, jeno right?" San asked, stepping closer.

"yeah, San, Nabi's neighbor!" Jeno recalled meeting the man the last time he was here.

San smiled at him without humor as he wrapped his arm around Nabi's waist, causing her eyes to widen, "And Nabi's boyfriend, nice to see you again." Jeno's face fell as he heard the words leaving San's lips. But He wasn't the only one shocked by the fake news, Yunho choked on his drink but before he could spit it out Hyunmi grabbed his face turning it away from her, leaving Yeosang to become his victim.

"I regret all the life choices I've made that led me to this situation," the dampened man commented.

"Is this true? is he your new boyfriend?" Jeno asked the girl in front of him with pleading eyes, almost begging her to deny it.

"I wouldn't call it new, We've been dating for months." Nabi managed to let out as she felt San's grip tighten on her waist. Nabi tried her best to stay focused but she couldn't help but freak out inside.

"Oh." was the only answer they got back before there was another knock on the girl's door making her sigh. She walked to the door, opening it once again without looking. Obviously, She never learns anything from her mistakes.

"Heyy!"

"what an actual fuck."

"I missed you too Sis!" Jungwoo, Nabi's younger brother, said as he stepped in and hugged the girl so tightly she almost felt her lungs get squished, and that's when he noticed others in the living room staring at them, "guests? Not you having friends!" He joked and let go earning a glare from the girl.

"what are you doing here?" the girl asked. Don't get her wrong she loved her brother a lot but this was the worst timing he could've chosen.

"I Don't have uni today so I decided to visit you," He answered and walked into the living room "Hello guys!" he waved at Yunho, Hyunmi, and Soojin, "And hello new faces, and hello Jeno- WAIT JENO?!" the boy almost screamed causing his sister to facepalm.

"Hey Jungwoo,"

"You're back together with my sister?"

"Nope," He answered bitterly, "how could we? Your sister is already taken." despite being sure that was doing the right thing, Nabi couldn't help but feel sad for the man. He looked really down.

Jungwoo snorted "In her delusions maybe she is!"

"Did you miss getting bit up?"

"Soojin she's threatening me again!" Jungwoo protested while running up to the woman and standing next to her. that's what he always did because he knew Soojin, the mom of the group, would always calm the situation.

"Nabi don't threaten your brother!"

"He's adopted anyway"

"HEY!"

"I guess I should leave," Jeno said and looked at Nabi one last time, almost checking if she would stop him but for nothing, the girl went back to the door, opening it.

"Bye!" She added and smiled faintly.

They all watched him walk away, Nabi closing the door and locking it.

"I can't believe you have a boyfriend and didn't tell me, I've been calling you bitchless all this time for no reason? did you guys know about this?" He asked the others in the room.

"of course? haha, Nabi and San, San and Nabi yeah!" Yunho cheered causing his friend to shake their head at his idiocy.

"His name is San? When will you introduce me to him?" Jungwoo asked his sister excitedly. Nabi turned to the mentioned man only to find a San glaring at her deadly while mouthing 'Don't you dare'.

"He's San.." The girl pointed at him while pouting, ignoring his words, knowing she would get yelled at later.

"Oh, Nice to meet you, brother-in-law!"

"Nice to meet you too.."

"Let's take a selfie that I can show Mom otherwise she won't believe that Nabi has a boyfriend who she didn't scare away in 2 days!"

oh, how fucked up the girl was.
