Every Monday morning when the girl woke up hungover she wondered if getting wasted every week, especially on Sundays, was a good coping mechanism to have. the answer is pretty obvious, it is really not. However, Nabi couldn't seem to overcome her bad habits.

Feeling miserable, she turned off her alarm and tried to stand up, only to feel arms around her that kept her from moving. the girl stiffened as she turned her head slowly to find a sleeping Mingyu next to her. 'oh god' After a while of contemplating whether she should wake the boy up or quietly leave and never come back she finally decided that she was being dramatic.

Yes, she didn't remember anything from last night and she was naked next to an also naked man but that doesn't mean they slept together. 'who the fuck am I kidding' the girl let out a groan.

Usually, she didn't make a big deal after having drunk sex with strangers but Mingyu wasn't a stranger, he was a friend, well kind of a friend, and she wanted it to stay that way.

the girl shook the boy gently, waking him up. The boy barely opened his eyes only to close them again and that's when he registered what was going on before his eyes widened as he jolted out from the bed.

"Yeah, so apparently we slept together yesterday haha" The girl let out a very awkward laugh to ease the situation. The man tried his best to hide his laughter but failed miserably.

"What's so funny?"

"you're so awkward."

"Oh fuck you!"

"you already did," he added, smirking causing her to scoff.

"I'm literally late for work I don't have time for this," she said as she entered the bathroom, showered, and did the rest of her morning routine before she came out with just a towel concealing her naked body.

"Finally, what took you so long," he said before walking past her to freshen up himself.

The girl scoffed before she entered her bedroom and started getting ready. just when she finished she heard a knock on the door.

"come in I'm dressed." the boy opened the door.

"I'm leaving."

"Mingyu, hun bun" the girl smiled innocently as she approached the man, wiping the nonexistent dirt from his shirt.

"You want me to drive you don't you?"

"I'm literally so late my boss will behead me and your work doesn't start for another hour!" the girl whined causing the man to roll his eyes at her.

"fine, let's go."

Thankfully the girl wasn't late, she barely got there in time. the work went as usual, only her head was pounding the whole day, not sure if it was because of the hangover or the sleep deprivation.

After calling it a day at work the girl took a bus to her apartment. She spent the whole ride dozing off. 'I'm literally never drinking on Sunday again' she thought as she walked up the stairs, feeling annoyed at her careless self.

Just when she reached the top floor she saw her neighbor at his door unlocking it and fastened her steps.

"Hello neighbor," she said smiling only to earn a death glare instead of an answer from the man.

"oh what now? I thought we were past your 'mean neighbor' phaze" the girl joked as she leaned on the wall next to him.

"I thought so as well but somehow you keep on acting more and more degenerately each time," San said harshly as he watched the girl's smile fade.

"excuse me?"

"next time take your whores somewhere else, people live here and nobody wants to hear you having sex"

"oh,  so that's what this is about, I'm sor-" she started only to get interrupted by the angered boy.

"No, I'm not finished. Being drunk almost every day, being loud and bothersome," he stepped closer to the girl not once looking away from her, "I understand you're pathetic enough to not care about your life or health but at least take into consideration how others might feel being obligated to deal with your shit."

The girl felt tears in her eyes as she listened to San go on about how much of a lost cause she was. Yes, she wasn't that good of a neighbor but she didn't understand why San felt the need to call out all the bad habits the girl had. a normal warning to keep it quiet would have worked...

"Stop talking like you know anything about me I-" she got interrupted once again.

"I really don't care. just quit being a burden and a nuisance from now on," he said before entering his apartment and slamming the door shut leaving the girl speechless.

Nabi tried her best to keep the tears from falling as she unlocked her own door and walked inside as she sat on the couch, frozen in place.

Soon enough quiet sobs left her mouth as her body shook and warm tears left her eyes, rolling down on her cheeks, leaving a dark trace behind because of the mascara.

She knew on her own she didn't really have her shit together, but hearing it so directly from someone stung direly. The girl grabbed her phone, thinking of who she could call and talk to, knowing talking always helped, only to put it back on the coffee table. not only it was already late at night and probably all her friends were really tired, but she also didn't know what she would tell them. Oh hey, my neighbor couldn't sleep last night because I had a one-night stand and we were loud so he got fed up with my annoying behavior and leveled me to the ground- didn't sound that good.

"Ugh, what am I even crying about he's such an annoying bitchless whore, judging me like he's so perfect, what an annoying piece of shit!" She threw a pillow at the ground out of anger before she got sad again.

After deciding that it was the sleep deprivation that caused her to be this emotional and upset she decided to go to bed. Still not being able to get what San said out of her head, drowning in her thoughts before she finally fell asleep.
