15. What if he TOO was involved?

"Cha Geomsa... (Prosecutor Cha) what is that you wanted to see me for?" She was in the Prosecutor General's office right now standing in front of his desk...

"I want you to recommend me to investigate MN Entertainment for sexual harassment and assault going on in there for years..." She got straight to the point...

"Well if you want to investigate an organization you should talk to your Chief regarding that..." He was a bit disappointed with this noob prosecutor to waste his time on such a trivial matter...

"I did that... But he thinks it would be too much of a risk to mess with such a giant entertainment agency..." She explained

"Well, he must be right..." He shrugged... She still wasn't able to convince him of the seriousness of the matter...

She quietly took out her handphone from her bag... Unlocked it and slid it in front of the Prosecutor General...

"She is your daughter... Right?" She said regaining her position... The mobile screen was showing the Instagram ID of his daughter...

The Prosecutor General looked up at her way more seriously than before...

"What are you trying to pull..." He didn't like her mentioning his daughter like that...

"She is training to be a K-pop idol... Well, she is training with an entirely different company I get it... But how safe you think she will be from being sexually bullied by the trainers, directors, managers, from the hidden cameras installed in her locker room..." With her hands folded in front of her in respect, she was speaking emphasizing each word.

"What are you trying to imply... Get straight to the point" He was getting anxious and irritated..

"I am telling you the things that are going on in MN entertainment right now and for years... I am only talking about MN Entertainment because I know what's going on in that company... There is no guarantee that other agencies are safe... I want to set an example for the whole entertainment agency that sexual harassment is not okay... Assault is a punishable offense no matter how big of a company it is..."

"Ok then, I will ask some senior prosecutor to look into the matter..." He tried to dismiss her...

"That won't be right..." She sighed

"And why is that so? Are you trying to overestimate yourself here that no one is as good as you to handle this case? Your Chief told me you won your first case without a trial and captured the culprit as well which even police could not do... But I still see you as incapable of handling such a scandalous case... Media and public will go frenzy seeing the prosecutor's office going after the agency their favorite celebrities and idols are working with... You think you would be able to handle that?" The Prosecutor General was in disbelief...

"I don't know... What I know is that I can't trust many people in the prosecutors' office with this case because many people here are involved in prostitution with people from MN entertainment... This case is bigger than you expect..." She said flatly...

The Prosecutor General was shocked and speechless.

She continues... "4 years ago I got a list of those people who use trainees supplied by MNE (MN entertainment) for prostitution... And there were many prosecutors involved... That list is 4 years old... I don't know how many more people got involved in these 4 years... The only reason I trusted to discuss this with you was because years ago you uncovered a similar case. A man who fought with all his might against such people can't himself stoop so low..." She finally finished her argument...

He was leaning on the chair with both his arms folded on his chest and was looking at her with scrutinizing eyes...

"You think I am gonna believe that... A woman who joined the Prosecutor's Office only a month ago is telling me MY prosecutors' office is involved in such a heinous crime and I am going to trust her?..." He scoffed..
