"I really don't wanna do this." Ranboo groans once he's met with the front door to their parents' house.
"We have to." Matthew brought up as Tommy holds Ranboo's hand.
"It's ok, dear. It's only for an hour. Then we can go back and watch a movie." Tommy says sweetly yet so softly.
Ranboo couldn't help but let a smile tug at their lips once he heard Tommy say that, but then he turned to their little sister, "Ok. Tiffany, can you knock?"
"Got it!" Tiffany said before raising her fist up to knock.
After waiting a couple of minutes, an elderly woman answered the door.
"Ah! Tiffany, Charlie, and Matthew!" Their mom said excitedly.
"Oh. Ranboo." Their dad added, his nose scrunching up as Ranboo rolled their eyes.
"Hey." Charlie said with no personality.
It was clear none of them liked their parents.
Although it was even more clear that they didn't like Ranboo more.
"Come in!" Their dad said with a clearly fake smile.
Tiffany, Charlie, and Tommy threw on a fake smile, not giving 2 shits if it was clear.
Ranboo and Matthew, however, didn't even try.
The 5 proceeded to walk to the bigger dining table since it had more seats.
It was a long wooden table with a white table cloth on top, it had 12 seats since it was always used if relatives came over or it was a special occasion, either way, relatives didn't like this certain family either so it was never used often.
Charlie will never forget the day he was talking shit with his aunt on the phone, saying that she would never be caught dead in that house.
The table was full of different foods, those being mash potatoes, steak that was probably store bought and put on a different plate so it could look like it was from here, probably frozen vegetables their parents just threw in a pot, and, of course, hawaiian bread rolls that probably aren't even toasted.
Tiffany stared at the plates and pots that were set before all 7 of them.
Being the close observer she was, she noticed that these were the same plates she had seen since she was 10.
She's 21 now.
"Hmm.. Nice plates." She said sarcastically.
"Sarcasm. Not so lady-like of you." Her dad brought up.
She looks down at her clothes.
Dark blue baggy jeans, and it literally says on her shirt, 'SMALL HEART, BIG TITS' That was only being partly covered up by an unzipped grey jacket.
Keep in mind that that shirt is a crop top with no sleeves.
"She wasn't so lady-like in the first place." Her mother snickers.
Tiffany couldn't help but roll her eyes.
"Let's just eat now." Charlie said instantly, not because he wanted some peace, but because he wanted to get out of the hell hole his parents call a home.
"Charlie's right." And Matthew knows exactly why Charlie wants to leave, and, to be honest, he also wants to get out of here.
Everyone grabs their food, everyone having a piece of steak, vegetables, bread, and mash potatoes.
Besides Ranboo, he only had steak and vegetables.
He hated how untoasted hawaiian bread tasted and he knew that the mash potatoes were probably from a box that tasted like shit because their parents wouldn't add more milk like the package said to.
