CAPITULO 12

CLAZZO

"The corporation is under a massive break, Ms. Clazzo."

I'm currently having a meeting inside my company, well, technically my company because I'm the chairman now, I own the largest share of this company, that is why.

"That's good to hear," I replied.

The company is currently doing well, mataas ang pumapasok na pera kesa sa lumalabas, mas mataas din ang profit kesa sa expenses kaya naman masasabi kong wala masyadong problema na kinakaharap ngayon.

"Nakahanap na ba ng architect na magdedesign ng isa sa branch natin sa Davao, Ariana?" Tanong ko habang may bimabasang dokumento.

"Marami pong nirecommend ang company natin ng interior and graphic designers but most of them ay sinuggest na galing na lang sa Cienfuego real estate ang kuhanin since Cienfuego real estate has the best architects and engineers in the Philippines." Ariana stated.

Napahinto ako, I don't think it'll work kung manggagaling sa Cienfuego ang kukuhanin naming architect.

They are still our rivals kahit saan tignan, pero 'yon ay valid lang as a black society rivals, business is still business, may mga bagay pa rin na dapat isantabi katulad ng ilegal naming mga trabaho.

"Can you give me valid reasons to hire an architect from Cienfuego's?" I asked Ariana sarcastically.

"Sure, madame!" Nagulat ako nang bigla itong umupo sa harap ng desk ko at saka nagsalita.

"Firstly, Cienfuego Real estate Brookers and companies is one of the top notches when it comes to real estate companies, their engineers, architects, designers, and employees mostly came from prestigious schools and boards top notchers, awarded by the various partners from other countries —" Nanlalaki ang mga mata kong tumingin sa kaniya, I was just joking!

"I mean, Cienfuego architects are sort of worthy!" She even winked at me that made me scoffed.

"Umamin ka nga, may gusto ka ba isa sa mga Cienfuego?" Nakataas ang isa kong kilay na sabi.

Bigla naman siyang nanahimik at namula ang pisngi, and again, I scoffed in disbelief!

"They're handsome, tall as fuck, and sexy! Gosh, I wish they could spank me in the bloody night!" I immediately crumpled a paper and throw it go to Ariana, how could she say that?!

"I like Copeland, Madame, I mean they're all good looking but you know, his charisma is life changing!"

"Lumayas ka dito!"

Tatawa tawa naman siyang tumayo at lumabas ng office ko, mukha ngang sa Cienfuego talaga ako kukuha ng architect para gagawing project sa Davao.

Tumayo ako para puntahan ang isang employee to send a proposal to Cienfuego Corporation if we could hire an architect for this huge project.

Lahat ng nadadaanan kong employees ay binabati ako at tanging ngiti lang ang naisusukli ko, nang makarating ako sa cubicle ni Alice ay agad ko siyang kinausap.

"Alice, can you send me a proposal to Cienfuego Corporation if one of their architects is free, an architect we could hire for our upcoming project." I said.

"Sure, madame! Kailan po ba ito kailangan?" She replied.

"As soon as possible, if kaya mo then bukas agad, is it okay?" Tanong ko muli.

"Sure po! No problem, madame!"

"Alright then, thank you." And with that; I stormed off.

Nang makabalik ako sa aking opisina ay chineck ko naman ang land area, proposed and tentative palang naman so pwede pang mabago.
