CLAZZO

"Madame, Architect Copeland from Cienfuego Real estate group of companies is applying for a potential architect of our proposed project."

"Where is he?"

"He's already waiting outside, madame. Should I let him in?"

"Yes, please." I replied without taking my eyes off of the document I'm reading.

"Thank you, miss."

"Tell me more about yourself." I asked him.

"I don't think that was still necessary, I'm not applying for—" I cut him off.

"You'll be working under my company, you'll be given a reasonable salary from my company so technically, you are applying for my company and I have to know more about this expertise of yours, so tell me."

"I was an intern in Tochè company in France which was the biggest real estate in France, I achieved over fifty awards as an architect for almost a decade. I submitted some of designs to oxford university which got accepted and tallied up as one of the top tier and foremost designs of students came from France. I was also the architect of the tall building in Dubai which was named after a sultan in UAE."

"What was the hardest design you've ever made?" I asked.

"The Uptown of ayala corporation building in Cebu, the materials of that infrastructure were no joke. It took us almost three years to finish the building even if the estimated period was just one and a half year." He replied formally.

"Are you willing to do your job wholeheartedly and submit your best designs right on a given time?" I asked again, trying to intimidate him.

"Oh sure, company mo na 'yan eh." He replied casually.

I was shocked by his answer! I didn't expect that one! My jaw almost dropped but I just saw him smirking, this jackass!

"Kidding aside. Next question, if we're going to build a property in an uncivilized city in Davao, how are you going to get the materials with less hassle?" I asked him again.

He then again went to his serious aura, "Well, uncivilized cities are one of the places that are strenuous and challenging to build a long term asset of a company but if the budget is more than enough for the corporation to gain more inventories then I guess that will be the solution, more inventories, more stocks of materials, every week consultation, and hands on construction then the project will be successful."
