The Unfortunate Truth

Introduction

Hello, hello beautiful loves!

This is my first ever book that I've both worked on and completed, and I am so, so excited to share it with you all :)

Please keep in mind that I started this back in 2016/2017 ish? So the writing isn't all that great and I struggled with some parts. It took me a long time due to me being in school and everything and I just didn't sit down and fully write it. But I finally finished it summer time a few years ago and I've been heavily going through the editing process with it just because I thought it'd be nice to try and share this.

For the most part it's complete, I'm sure I'll still add some finishing touches to it and I'm sure there are some typos still somewhere. But for the most part I'm really happy with it and I want to try and share it with you all. It's very very YA so if that's not something you like to read, then it probably isn't for you all that much either.

My writing has gotten slightly better over the years so I know this could be a lot better. But honestly it's my first baby and I just want to try and share this because even if part of it isn't the greatest, I still love it dearly :)

My friends have been encouraging me for years to just start putting it out there on Wattpad, or honestly anywhere, and I'm finally getting the courage to do so. So, with that being said, I'm gonna start my process and upload chapters once in a while to see how it goes! I'm starting with the first five just to see how it goes but I'm excited!

If you guys don't like it, that's totally fine, I respect your decision. If you do, that's great! Welcome to the family! I appreciate any and all feedback with this of course and would love to hear your guy's thoughts as this goes on.

Summary : 

Brody breathes heavily from what we just did as he pulls away. His eyes flicker down to my lips for a second before they go back to my eyes. Then he drops his voice into an almost whisper, sending chills throughout my body.

"I really want to take that dress off of you."

My breath gets stuck in my throat for a second, and I swear I forgot how to breathe. So somehow I manage to squeak out, "Then why don't you?"

Brody's entire jaw clenches up, and I can tell he was holding back as much as he could. As soon as I said that, his eyes darkened a little bit, his gaze unwavering from mine. "Darling, don't test me."

"And who said I wasn't serious," I whisper and lean down to lightly peck a kiss to his lips, "mi amor."

And that's when all hell broke loose.
