Maybe you were just a forgotten dream
but I feel as if I have known you my whole life
maybe I remember how you left my life
to find a better one
but you quickly realize I'm the best place to live,
you know I'm the warmest place to lay
& I'm the quietest place you can rest your head
you can decorate me just how you prefer
& I'll be beside you helping
because I want to change my room
to be the perfect place for you to stay in.
