Every year, every season
the leaves fall and change
for the wind
all in the name of love,
In spring,
the leaves turn bright and full for the wind
changing everything they know
going mindless for the wind,
surprising it with flowery gifts
& birds singing their morning songs,
In summer,
the leaves with full lovestruck feelings
wait for the wind
while it's nowhere to be found
coming to them briefly
to keep them staying
but making them start to lose hope,
In autumn,
the wind returns to them
making them fall completely for the wind
but while falling
they completely forget
who they are
and before falling
they change everything about themselves,
In winter,
they finally realized their worth
and cover themselves
to hide from the wind
while the wind only comes in full force
but the leaves won't budge.
