*CLACK*
In the quiet throne room, the sound of footsteps seemed oddly loud, definitely not because said noise was coming from a giant red armor.
*CLACK*
Fluttering in the nonexistent wind, the cape of the armor made its ragged presence known. Dust being whipped into a minute storm from the steps and cape. Standing infront of the throne, the red armor glowered at Jin-Woo. It was making its stance as a protector known to all.
What Jin-Woo saw was a looking red armor. Wearing a worn-out cape, sword drawn and ready, his helmet had a large, long bundle of red silks running down, swinging from side to side with its every step.
"'Blood-Red Commander Igris, '" Jin-Woo repeated the red title hanging by the monster's head. 'A dark red name... It's definitely different from the others.' Jin-Woo tried to stop himself from panicking, but it seemed nearly impossible since everything reminded him of the Lord.
Dragging the sword behind him, Igris descended the stairs and started making its way towards Jin-Woo. The sound of the sword clanging against the steps made of gold and red silk brought Jin-Woo out of his thoughts. "A knight that protects the empty throne..." Jin-Woo suddenly said, reminding him of someone, "Haha... I guess Mags is my knight." Still feeling the pressure, Jin-Woo was now slightly more relaxed than before.
'It's coming!' Jin-Woo braced himself as Igris dashed towards him, raising its sword in a horizontal strike.
*WOOSH*
'SHIT!' Ducking, Jin-Woo felt his hood be cut as the wind of the slash hit him in the face. Behind him, he could hear the pillars that were in the sword trajectory crumbling.
*BOOM*
*BANG*
'This fuckers scary... He fucking cuts through the pillars like they were made of tofu! He's fucking insanely strong.' Jin-Woo took this opportunity to strike at Igris with his dagger, only receiving the same outcome he first got with the regular suits of armor.
*CLANG*
*SCREECH*
'Tsk... As expected, it doesn't work. It was worth a shot.' However, all similarities with the regular suits of armor ended there as Igris took this chance to raise his sword above him, wanting to strike Jin-Woo in a downward strike. Shit!' With a swift motion, Igris struck down.
*KABOOM*
The point of impact caused shockwaves of wind to burst out and eject all the rubble. Narrowly dodging the zone of impact, Jin-Woo tried to create distance between himself and Igris, who he could not see thanks to all the dirt the wind picked up. Only a tiny glint was visible as something was quickly approaching. 'Fuck, how?!'
*SWOOOSH*
The tip of Igris's sword lunged out, aiming to pin Jin-Woo's head to the wall, but thankfully, he narrowly dodged it as he bent backward.
*SWISH*
As each strike was packed with a monstrous amount of force, the wind blew out once again, clearing the dirt cloud that was initially blocking Jin-Woo's line of sight. Noticing he missed, Igris forced his sword down, still embedded in the wall, to reach his target. Jin-Woo simply deflected as he quickly dashed to the other side of the room.
*CLANG*
Pulling out his sword, Igris slowly turned, facing Jin-Woo once again.
*SWISH*
'The armors speed reduction is only applied if the wearer's strength is below 80. And this thing's strength is definitely over 80. Its destructive power is clearly higher than mine. It's more agile, too. In addition, its armor can block my dagger, which means its defense is higher as well.' Jin-Woo thought as he gritted his teeth, his mind quickly pointing out all of Igris's advantages.
