"Sung Jin-Woo?"

Jin-Woo had been so engrossed in his thoughts that he failed to notice the arctic blue glow from his shoulder. The ice that was left on the bite mark slowly melted as a chill descended in the room.

Standing before Jin-Woo was the Jin-Woo of the past. With his flat black hair covering his forehead and slightly affecting his sight, with his signature hoodie, straight blue jeans, and black shoes, the past Jin-Woo stared at the current Jin-Woo with slight disdain in his eyes.

The disdain in his eyes disappeared as quickly as it appeared as he approached the current Jin-Woo. "Wow, is this really me?" Such a question was asked in the same mannerism of a child, filled with such wonder and joy. As the old Jin-Woo circled the current one, he couldn't help but poke. This caused the current Jin-Woo to lose his mind, not knowing if what he witnessed was real.

"I can't believe that we're the same person. You're taller. You've gained a lot of muscle. And you look sharper. Thanks to that, you look quite strong as well..." A slightly envious look appeared on the fake Jin-Woo's face. As if he had thought of something, the old Jin-Woo quickly replaced the envious look with a smug one. "But your appearance is the only thing that's changed. You're still a weakling."

The ability to always keep a clear and level-headed mind has always been a source of pride for Jin-Woo, but currently, none of that was found as the fake Jin-Woo kept speaking. "What's the difference between you and me?" As if dancing around him, the artificial Jin-Woo's voice would come in and out, trying to confuse Jin-Woo about its exact location. "Once again, you've gotten into a situation where you're face to face with death." Disappointment filled its voice as the knights took advantage of the immobile Jin-Woo, encircling him once more.

One of the knights raised its sword so high that his elbow was bent, giving it more mobility and force to strike down.

*BOOOM*

Before it could strike down, a fist full of strength slammed into its torso. This caused another burst of wind to spread, which in turn caused the surrounding knights to halt their advance, resisting the wind blowing against them.

*SWOOOOSH*

This, of course, didnt affect the fake Jin-Woo. "The E-rank hunter, Sung Jin-Woo. In the end, that's all you are." Leaning closer, the fake Jin-Woo had a devilish smirk, contrasting with his innocent look. "If you don't know how to control yourself, your courage becomes recklessness... Right?" It sounded as if he wanted to give advice, and yet it was quickly dispelled by the current crazed look on his face.

"Shut... UP!" Jin-Woo yelled, striking with his full might against the knight before him. This would have usually led to the knight being flung back and hitting the knights behind it, yet something different occurred.

*BAM*

A yellow light flashed next to his eyes, causing him to squint. When it dissipated, he was surprised to see the knight still standing there, completely unfazed. His fist had struck a wrist shield, which offset the damage he would have originally caused. Before he could react, Jin-Woo was attacked by the knight on his rib cage.

*BAM*

This caused him to go sliding against his will. He stomped his feet so hard that he caused skid marks to appear on the concrete ground. Surprisingly, his shoes survived this violent action, which only goes to show how top-quality hunter-made shoes are.

*SWISH*

With the wind billowing, Jin-Woo was stopped by a different knight. Not giving him enough time to react, the knight that had stopped Jin-Woo raised its fist and struck down.

*BOOOM*

This strike cared for the knights' full strength and was also boosted by gravity. As Jin-Woo was struck to the ground, it once again created a crater with fine marks and upturned rubble. A small cloud of dirt was formed due to this incident, as the surrounding earth shook in response to the strike.
