A BAD FEELING. PT.1

"Right." Jin-Woo nodded as he and Magnus followed Dong-Suk with Jin-Ho next to them. As they approached the location of the Gate, they noticed how it was inside a building that seemed to still be in construction. With metal beams forming the skeleton, it seemed that it was meant to be another apartment complex.

As they reached the building, the attack force started to lift and tighten their armor so that it wouldn't be loose. "Here you go, you can take these bags." Dong-Suk directed the three outsiders to the two bags. One brown and one blue.

"I'll take the blue one," Magnus said; though he hated taking orders from this man, he couldn't act rashly, not yet anyway. "It's fine. I'll take both." Jin-Woo quickly beat his boyfriend to both bags. "Thanks, baby." Magnus gave a kiss to Jin-Woo's cheek and watched as his baby carried both of the bags as if it was nothing.

Now, the two bags were as heavy as bricks due to them containing daily necessities and metal pickaxes. "Let's go!" Dong-Suk ordered as he started to head towards the Gate. Looking around the place, Dong-Suk couldn't help but comment. "Is it because the economy hasn't been good lately? It seems the construction recently got postponed...." As he and his party started to discuss it, Jin-Ho deemed it upon himself to explain it to Jin-Woo and Magnus.

"The boss ran away overseas with 9 billion won just two weeks ago, so the workers and funders are having a hard time." He explained as he kept up to pace with the couple. 'Why are you telling us this...?' Jin-Woo thought, already bored about it, but his boyfriend was more vocal about it.

"We should care because...?" Magnus asked, a bored look on his face. He honestly just wanted to go home already, but his baby needed money, so he'll stay with him. Jin-Ho stumbled forward, surprised that Magnus didn't seem to care about business. 'Doesn't he own a cafe?' Jin-Ho thought, but he responded with, "Oh...." Awkward silence befell their group of three, at least Jin-Ho thought it was awkward.

*cough*

Taking it upon himself, Jin-Ho decides to break the silence with a question. "Aren't those bags heavy? Will you be fine?" he asked Jin-Woo. Before he could get a response, Magnus also asked, "Yeah. Are you ok, baby? I know I let you take it, but if you need help, I can help." He said, a worried look plastered across his face. He approached Jin-Woo's side as if ready to take a bag if need be.

"Ah... Yes, I can carry them." Jin-Woo replied towards Jin-Ho. Turning to his boyfriend, he whispered, "*Thanks to the strength stat, this is nothing.*" When Magnus heard this, he had a dumbfounded look on his face. When Jin-Woo saw this, he had an inkling that Magnus forgot about the stats.

"You didn't forget... did you?" He asked with a raised brow and a smirk.

"N-no. Can't I just be worried about my boyfriend?" Magnus replied, light pink dusting his cheeks because he did forget due to him worrying about Jin-Woo, like always.

Jin-Ho saw this scene play out and heard the conversation. 'Are they...' was his thought. "What did he forget? Also, are you two really dating?" He couldn't help but ask; the second question was the one he actually wanted to know the answer to.

"Yes, we are. So I suggest you back off and stop sending mixed vibes." Magnus took this chance to tell this rich boy that Jin-Woo is his and that he shouldn't even consider courting him.

"Oh. Did I say something I shouldn't have? I've never really read the mood before, so...." Jin-Ho replied, scratching the back of his head and giving a goofy smile that still made him sparkle.

'Damn, do all rich kids sparkle these days... or is it like some side effect of his armor...?' Magnus thought as he shielded his eyes from Jin-Ho.

When Jin-Woo heard this and saw how he acted, he immediately had on a look that was a mix between rage and second-hand embarrassment. He imagined Jin-Ho in a white suit with a purple shirt and a black tie, sitting on a throne made of gold and saying, 'Being a hunter is my hobby.' with a smug look on his face. 'Chaebol.' was his first thought.
