Chapter 36

    Cyrus wanted all of us to keep this conversation between us. He did not want Pierce to know about any of this. I understand why he didn't want Pierce to know. After all, Pierce does not want a war to happen. It's not that he doesn't believe we could win but he doesn't want any of his man to die. If you ask me that is a great leader.

    "I want to talk about Storm. He is in danger. Nora will not let him live much longer. Once she realizes that he has no use for her anymore, she will kill him. I cannot let my childhood friend die. He is like a brother to me. I want to get him out of that kingdom and get him back home. I am sure that if any of your protectors where capture you would want to do the same. So, I beg for all of you to help me get back Storm."

    After Cyrus made that speech, everyone was left with tears. They all miss Storm. I know I have not known Storm for too long, but he has already made a huge impact in my life when he convinced my brother and I to go to Rave. I also feel like he is the only one who can bring back the January twins back together. If Storm dies, then both the moon and sun twin's hatred towards each other will grow stronger to one another. I believe that is what Nora wants. She sees me and my brother as a threat. I think she sees us that way because we can show all the twins the real meaning of sibling love. I will not let her kill, Storm. Whatever plan Cyrus has in mind, I am in it for the long run.

    Joey stands up from the table and tells Cyrus that she was with him. Everyone else joins in with her. Soon as you know it, we were all standing up from the table and telling Cyrus we were all with him no matter what. I never seen Cyrus so happy then he is right now. None of us do not want anything bad to happen to Storm.

    We all cheer with our cups and finish our dinner. Everyone had the same thought in their mind. How where we going to get Storm out of Night Kingdom without anyone knowing. If anyone catches us that means a war will happen. The last thing we need now is people fighting on the field. We all wanted to ignore that.

    Tonight, was the night that we needed to come up with a plan. We cannot waste any more time and let another day pass by. Everyone had their thinking caps on. There was 13 of us so one of us should have a good plan in mind. Yet I could not really think of any way to come up with a plan to save Storm no matter how much I tried. Aaron then speaks out.

    "I've got it. We dress up as Night Kingdom guards and pretend we are taking Storm to another room to hold him as prisoner in case if anyone ask. Then when we get him alone, we'll dress him as a guard as well and that's how we won't get caught."

    Everyone looks at Cyrus to see what he thinks of Aaron plan. I like Aaron plan but honestly it does not seem to be so great of an idea. I mean we don't even have their armor to dress up like them. At least Aaron was the first to give an idea to save Storm. It is up to Cyrus to decide if he wanted to go with Aaron plan.

    "That's a great idea Aaron but I'm afraid it's impossible and here's why. First off, we do not have any of their armor. Second, I am pretty sure we will not have any time to be alone to have storm change into one of their armors. Also, I'm pretty sure the night guards will realize 13 of their armor suits are gone."

    Cyrus was right about everything. It seems like a great plan on paper but, it just will not work. Everyone returns to their thinking cap. I tried thinking of many ideas, but it all ends up with the same ending which is getting caught. It was hard to come up with a plan without getting caught by one person. We wanted to make it seem like Storm escape without any of our help. Therefore, Nora cannot say we broke the rule. David then decides to say his idea of a plan.

    "Perhaps we can try my plan. What if we pretend, we are villagers and we have arrived at Night Kingdom to drop off some supplies? As villagers we can sneak Storm inside of our carriage."

    After David said that me and West laugh. I wanted to explain to David that his plan was not going to work because West and I almost got caught by just hiding behind in a carriage. Also, that we were lucky that one of the guards knew who the man was and since we will be new villagers arriving at Night Kingdom all the night guards will for sure check the carriage. I explain to David and everyone else why it would not work. David sat back down disappointed that his plan would have fail.

    Once again everyone returns to thinking. This was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. Even with all thinking about a way to get Storm out. An hour later and there has been a few ideas thrown here and there but each idea was not good enough. Everyone came up with a plan, but no one plan seemed to work. I thought of another idea and decided to say it out loud, but I am pretty sure it was not one of my best ones yet.

    "I think we should include Iris in our plan. I mean it is obvious that she has strong feelings for Storm. So maybe she can sneak him out for us."

    Everyone was quiet and I knew I had stirred up a lot of trouble by saying that. Cyrus lets out a laugh. I didn't know if I upset him by saying that or he either thinks I'm joking around. He looks at me and I knew he knew I was serious after all.

    "Iris will never help him. She is the reason why Storm is there. She follows Nora orders no matter what. Yes, there was a time when she did think of Storm as a special person close to her heart but that has change now. Iris does not even think of me as her brother anymore. I don't trust her at all. I appreciate it if you don't mention her anymore."

    The whole room became quiet, and it was close to curfew and yet we have not come up with anything. I feel bad for even bringing up Iris. Then out of nowhere West raise his hand saying he has an idea. Cyrus tells him to go ahead and say it.

    "Well, what if you all pretend to be your twins. I mean think about it. I remember how easy it was for them to show up at our party pretending to be you guys. You all just need to dress up and act like them. The only thing is you cannot run into your twin, but we can do this at night when there all asleep. My sister and I can dress up as handmaids. I'm sure they will let handmaids and the moon twins inside Nora castle."

    Everyone looks at each other and surprise to hear West idea. It was honestly a great plan. After all they did show up at our party pretending to be their siblings so why not have the sun twins do the same. This could work. Cyrus thinks to himself for a moment and then smiles.

    "I think it might work. Let's do it, but there's just one problem. I will not be able to dress like Iris. She is a girl after all. Yeah, we do look a lot alike but even with a wig on, people would be able to tell who I am. I've been seen so many times by the Night Guards that's it's hard not to notice me."

    All of us laugh when Cyrus brought up the wig, but he was right. We couldn't do this plan without him. We needed him in case if anything went wrong. If anything, he would have to wait outside the kingdom for us. All I know is this is the only plan that seems to look good. Stella then suggested that once were in we will steal a night guard armor suit for him. We agreed with her. It's not like they will notice one suit of armor is missing.

    Cyrus like her plan as well. Then soon as you know it, everything was decided. Our plan was set up and we were going to do this all tomorrow at midnight. All the twins started clapping and padded West from the behind saying how much they loved his idea. Watching all of them congratulating West made me very happy. This is something he has been wanting for a while. Knowing that he thought of the whole thing all by himself was amazing but then I realized something. What if Pierce finds out about this plan? It will all lead back to West. Perhaps Pierce should know the truth.
