Chapter 35

   I am happy that Paisley is doing so great at skill practicing. She has always been good at everything. I just wish I were good as her. For once though I wanted to be better at something more than her. I know I should not think like that but, it was the truth. This was not a competition, but it makes me upset that she is better at lot of things then me. I just thought for once that I was going to be better at skill practicing then her. It is still early, and this is only the first lesson for us, and we still have many more to come.

    Ace dismiss us and everyone was leaving the building. All the sun twins were giving Paisley compliments. I could not help but feel jealous of her and I know I shouldn't, but I do. I can already tell that Avery is going to congrats Paisley. I wanted to get the next congratulations from the whole class, but I know the next lesson is going to be a little extra harder to learn unless I get some help from someone.

    Then I thought of someone who could train me for the next lesson. Avery can help me become better. Especially because she has such great experience at any type of skill practicing. I just don't want anyone to find out that she would be helping me. If anything, I would want to surprise everyone. I need to talk to Avery alone with no one being around us. I just need to get away from Paisley without her finding out.

   "Hey are you alright."

    I can tell Paisley knew something was up with me by asking that question. She probably saw that I did not clap for her. I didn't realize I wasn't clapping until everyone stop. I was just so stuck in my head. I don't want to tell her what's wrong so instead I just told her I was just tired and wanted to take a nap. It is a perfect time because all the sun twins were going to get together and do some skill practicing of their own at the garden. I knew Paisley was going to join them. That would be the perfect time to go visit Avery at the Doom.

    I just need to tell Paisley that I plan on taking a nap and soon as she leaves the tent that is when I will go see Avery. I don't want to lie to my sister but at the same time I want to make her proud that I'm finally good as something as well.

    Paisley and I were back at our tent. We were now wearing our regular clothes. It is still funny to think of these clothes as regular clothes with how they look and feel like pajamas but that is the way the people of Bright Kingdom dresses. I enjoy the armor and outfits that are worn here. It is like living in the past.

    "Are you sure you don't want to tag along West."

    "Yeah, I'm good. I am just going to rest here and maybe end up taking a nap. Don't worry about me. Have fun with everyone."

    "Suit yourself. If you change your mind, we'll be in the garden."

    After Paisley said that she left the tent and I quickly got up and check outside to make sure there was no one around. I was going to take a horse to the doom. I could walk on foot but by the time I get there, I am sure Avery will not be there. I know for a fact that there are carriages here in the Kingdom that will take you to places if you pay them. It's like having a taxi taking you somewhere.

    I don't have any money to pay anyone but I'm sure I can get something from inside my tent that its worth some money. In my and Paisley tent we have a lot of fancy stuff that's worth money. I just do not know the cost of them but I'm sure it's worth a ride. I took the flowers out of a vase that I knew was worth some money. It had beautiful artwork draw on it. The drawings on the vase were pictures of the sun and moon sharing the sky together.

   I grabbed the vase and head outside. I started walking till I made it to the city Rhode. People were walking on the streets and there where markets on both sides of the Rhode. Many carriages where on it as well. I just need to sell this vase to one of the market owners to get some money. I went to the closest market near me and there stood a short old lady. I showed her the vase and ask her how much I can sell it to her. I knew she was going to buy it and re- sell it for a higher price, but I really did not care.
