Ang mga kulay abong ulap ay unti-unting tinatakpan ang ang kulay asul na kalangitan.
Looks like It's gonna start raining soon.
It's okay! I am with Aello! Every weather with him still feels like sunshine and rainbows.
"What are you doing after class?" I glanced at him.
"Home" Simpleng sagot ako. I saw him nod from my peripheral vision. "Ikaw?"
"Home" Gaya niya sa sagot. "I thought I could bring you to that place again. It's prettier when It's night, "he said.
Now that's tempting. But, I have a lot to do in the house. Tito asked me to prepare food for his volunteers tomorrow. Baka hindi ko magawa agad kung hindi ako umuwi ng bahay. Sobrang tahimik pa naman mag trabaho ng madaling araw.
"Next time?" Lumingon ako sa kanya.
He gave me his sweetest smile and nodded.
"I love that place" Sambit ko sa kanya.
"Me, too"
We had a great time in that place. Ayaw ko pa nga sanang umalis 'eh. He said that the late-night view is much prettier, but he doesn't want me to get in trouble so he decided to take me home. Sinundo pa rin kami ng mga kaibigan niya. I forgot where that place is located. Hindi ako magaling sa daan kaya nakalimutan ko agad.
Maybe, that was the most joyful day for me. I smiled real, again. It's like my heart was at ease. Sobrang saya sa puso. Sana ganoon din ang kanyang nararamdaman nung araw na iyon. I want it to happen again. I want to feel the touch of his hands on my skin, again. Just like that cold, golden afternoon we spent together.
"Be careful," Sambit niya habang pinupunasan ang icing sa gilid ng aking labi.
"Thank you," I said.
"You like that strawberry cake, huh?" I nodded. "Bibilhan kita ulit bukas!"
"No!" Umangal ako. "Save that money, I don't want a broke boyfriend" I don't want him to spend his money on me! Halos araw-araw niya na ata ako binibilhan ng samu't saring pagkain.
Ayaw niya akong pa gastusin para sa kanya, pero siya naman panay ang gastos para sa akin.
I need him to stop buying me food. Wala naman siyang trabaho at umaasa lang din siya sa allowance niya sa scholarship niya. Baka mawalan na siya ng pang gastos sa sarili niya dahil naubos niya na sa akin.
"Baka maubos na pera mo"
"No, I've been saving" Inilagay niya sa likod ng tenga ko ang mga buhok na nasa aking mukha.
"Then continue saving. Sobra ka pa sa akin, ang gastos mo, wala ka bang natutunan sa Material Self? Think before you buy" Pina-alala ko sa kanya ang lesson namin sa klase.
"Naiisip kita sa mga nakikita ko kahit saan" I gave him a cringing face. Pero ang mga paa ko ay pumapadyak dahil sa kilig.
"Kadiri," I said and turned my head away from him.
I saw him smirking. "Kinikilig ka lang, eh"
"Don't worry, I will save for us. I will work hard to give you a house filled with orange skies"
"Ewan ko sa'yo! Paano mo naman gagawin 'yun? aber?"
"I will make Rii paint skies around our house" Our house?
