A week later..
(Y/n)'s POV
I moved in with my brothers again and permanently stay there until I have to leave for college. My brothers were happy to have me back home but Ran was certainly dismayed. I didn't really do this to avoid him but Rei-nii was the one who mostly influenced my decision. The moment I contacted him, he didn't stop insisting me on staying with Suba-nii, Ayato-nii and him.
I could see the reason. I haven't stayed with them for so long and now that Shu is gone from the picture, he can't do anything to me anymore. It has become safe for me to move in back with my brothers. Ran tried to make me stay-- heck he even attempted to lock me in his room without Rindou knowing.
"You know it's safer to stay here, right..? Your brothers can't fight well like us. We can keep you safe. I will keep you safe, darling.."
It honestly didn't surprise me at this point. For him trying to lock me away, I sort of expected Ran to react this way so I didn't get mad at him. I tried talking out with him using gentle approach. He was stressed out too, I know.
"I'll visit you again as much as I can, okay? I promise, Ran."
I made that promise with Ran and I fulfilled it. Just this week, I went to Roppongi several times after school and came back home at night. Rindou told me it was okay to take it easy but I'm still worried of Ran.
That day he cried in front of me for the first time. I couldn't shake off that image at all. It hurt me so much. I just want to make sure he is okay..
Ran isn't the only one I'm worried of right now.
