Next day, Morning, At the hospital in Shibuya..
Second Person's POV
Ran and Rindou were on their way to your wardroom. They seemed to be the earliest ones since the brothers saw no one else but a security guard outside your wardroom. It was a good sign.
"Hey there, Mister. We are Ran and Rindou. Can you kindly let us see (Y/n)?" Ran cheerfully asked the guard who seemed unenthusiastic by his giddiness. The guard's eyes analyzed the VIP Visitor Pass hanging around their neck before he read through the list of authorized visitors.
"You're in the list, you wear the required visitor pass." The guard soon opened the door and Ran eagerly rushed inside. "Aniki, wait for me!" Rindou shouted as he tailed behind Ran by speeding up his pace. The muscular guard shut the door close and stood straight again.
You raised up your head when you heard footsteps approaching you. Much to your surprise, Rindou and Ran were standing before you with each of them holding a paper bag containing some gifts for you.
"Ran... Rin..."
"Hey, (Y/n). How are you feeling today?"
"Better, actually."
Rindou placed his paper bag on a nightstand while Ran already took out his gift for you. "Ta-da, I got a (f/colour) (f/animal) plushie for you! It's adorable like you, darling. You can hug it all night if you miss me♡."
You accepted the plushie from Ran, a sweet smile was presented for him. "Thank you, Ran. I love it." You caressed the fluffy plushie and hugged it close to your chest. It cheered you up to be able to hug something that reminded you of your friend.
"Since Aniki stole my idea to get you a plushie, I had to get something else for you, (Y/n). I don't know if you are gonna like it though." Rindou pulled out the present he chose for you and set it down on the nightstand. "Is that...star nightlight projector?" You asked in disbelief.
"Yeah. You don't like sleeping in complete darkness, do you? This probably can help you sleep better tonight." Rindou smiles whilst your eyes sparkled with joy. You indeed faced difficulty to sleep last night. It took your hours to doze off when you usually fell asleep right away the moment out lie down on the bed.
"This is awesome. I love it." You thanked Rindou. His cheeks tinted red when he saw your happy smile. Ran puffed up his cheeks as he felt alienated by Rindou's interaction with you. Ran playfully wrapped his arm around his little brother's shoulders before grinning at you, "So whose gift is better? Rindou or mine?"
"What- Don't make me choose now.. Both gifts are equally meaningful and precious to me." You whined upon hearing Ran's question. Rindou side-eyed his older brother in annoyance. "You heard her. No comparing."
"Fine~ I won't do it again. Maybe." Ran half-heartedly promised, his finger poking Rindou's cheek to annou him more. Rindou just surrendered to his fate although he badly wanted to escape Ran's teasing. You chuckled softly as the two brothers continued getting on each other's nerves on purpose.
