Y/N's POV
When I was in the earliest stage of my newly found friendship with the "Brutal Generation", things were a bit rocky. Not all of them accepted me right away. Well, to be specific, Izana was the only one who obviously despised my company but he tolerated me because of his friends.
But there was this particular boy among all of them who openly and heartily accepted me right away.
Ran Haitani.
I was surprised to find out he was actually a year older than the rest of my friends and me. I thought he was Rindou's younger brother considering how childish he was. Rindou acted more mature compared to him.
I hated him at first.
Not the kind of hate that made me wanna ruin his life. I was merely annoyed with him most of the time.
He was a big jerk. A big flirt. A big prankster.
Even after becoming one of my accidental victims of nut-cracking, Ran always found his way to tease me and annoyed me on purpose. He was aware of how irritated I was with his action yet he didn't stop picking on me.
Ran was also a huge flirt. I didn't understand it yet back then. I thought he was simply flirting with me because I was the only girl he had a contact with while staying in the juvenile. However, this flirting was endless. He never stop even after he was released.
