Next day,
At school...Second Person's POV
Shion came to school again today due to his promise with you. He was eager to meet you again considering yesterday he couldn't spend more quality time with you. But today, he swore to get you to hang out with him- and possibly staying over at his place.
'Wonder what we should do? Maybe we can go to that abandoned skatepark again? It's a big place and we haven't finished exploring there! Also, I gotta bring more spray paint. We can use it to "decorate" the walls there.' Shion was carefully planning his day with you.
Hopefully, you didn't have any plans with anybody else today so he could spend his time with you.
"You promised you would come to school today!"
"Change of mind. I'm lazy as fuck right now."
"You're a jerk, always breaking your promise."
Shion heard the familiar voices bickering as usual. He turned his head to the said owners of the voices. You were crossing words with Izana again. He looked unenthusiastic as he avoided eye contact with you. You angrily sulked before getting off of his bike. You spotted Shion and hastily made your way toward him.
You were quick to link your arms with his without hesitation. "Let's go, Shion. I'm glad you are here. You never fail to keep your promise. Thank you for always accompanying me at school." You spoke up loudly on purpose, intending to let Izana listen to the entire conversation.
You were really mad at him for breaking his promise.
"Well, I missed you a lot so I gotta make up for the lost time and meet you as often as I can.." Shion scratched his cheek sheepishly, his face dusted with faint pink shades. He was yet to grasp the gist of your real intention-- which was to piss off Izana.
Your eyes glimmered for a second, touched by his honest words.
Izana was disgusted to witness Shion "flirting" with you. He soon began riding his superbike far away from the school, face darkened with aggravation.
You stayed quiet for a moment, still caught off guard by Shion's words. You didn't know why your heart was stirring unusually right now. Was that some sort of terrible sign?
You never let go of Shion's arm, walking side-by-side with him. Shion was trying his hardest to suppress the urge to smile. Though inside, his heart was leaping with joy. If he were to do as he please right now, he wanted to scream from the top of his lungs.
Looking at the school back, a tinge of uneasiness budded within you. You were not in the stable mood to attend lesson nor dealing with the troublesome students at school. You wanted to get away from all of those for a while.
