(Y/n)'s highschool,
Morning..

Second Person's POV

You walked down the crowded hallway as you weave between clusters of students laughing and chatting. Their voices blended into a distant hum, barely registering in your mind. Your thoughts were elsewhere, caught in the tangled web of secrets you learned from Rindou last night. It weighed heavily on you, a knot of worry tightening in your chest with every step you took.

Each step you took felt automatic, as if your body knew the way even though your mind was miles away. The lively atmosphere of the school seemed distant, almost unreal, compared to the storm of worry churning inside you. You couldn't stop replaying Rindou's words. The more you thought about it, the more it consumed you.

Finally, you reached your classroom. The door stood in front of you, a barrier between the chaotic hallway and the relative calm inside. You paused for a moment, your hand hovering over the handle, then slid the door open, stepping into the room.

"Morning, (Y/n)," the Vice President greeted you the moment you walked in. You returned the greeting, though not in your usual cheerful voice, and made your way to your seat without exchanging more words.

But the instant your gaze landed on your two close friends, Shion and Izana, your eyes lit up. You quickened your pace, a small smile spreading across your face. "Look who's earlier than me today," you teased the two boys, feeling a wave of relief wash over you. At least with them around, you wouldn't feel too lonely.

As you approached Shion and Izana, you immediately noticed something was off. Both of them looked unusually tired. Izana had his head resting against the table, his hair falling messily over his eyes. Shion, on the other hand, was slouched against the wall, his arms crossed, but the usual energy in his posture was missing. Dark circles shadowed beneath his eyes, and his usual sharp gaze was dull with exhaustion.

"What's up with you guys?" you asked, your smile fading slightly as concern crept into your voice.

Izana barely lifted his head, his voice muffled against the desk. "We woke up late."

"Yeah," Shion added with a tired sigh, pushing himself off the wall just enough to look at you. "Just got here a few minutes ago."

You tilted your head, noticing how unusually sluggish they both seemed. "But you're still early...?"

Shion sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "That's only because we skipped breakfast. We didn't have time for it."

"And whose fault do you think it is?" Izana suddenly seethed, glaring dagger at Shion. Shion hung his head low. "I'm sorry for keeping you up all night..but I told you many times that movie was too scary!"

"Then don't be a pussy! Even (Y/n) could power through that movie!" Izana defended himself.

"But I hate horror! (Y/n) loves it!" Shion whined sorrowfully. Izana already nagged him earlier when they woke up and now he was getting another nagging? He couldn't take it.
