I strolled down the neon-lit streets of Roppongi. The hum of chatter from late-night diners, the faint echo of laughter from nearby bars, and the distant thrum of music from the clubs all blended into the city's heartbeat. The air was cool, but not biting, and the city lights reflected off the damp pavement, creating a kaleidoscope of colors under my feet.
It had been a long day, and I was eager to get home, to unwind in the comfort of Ran's and Rindou's embrace.
My flip phone vibrated in my pocket, interrupting my thoughts. I pulled it out, expecting a silly text from the Haitanis, but instead, an unfamiliar number flashed across the screen. Curiosity piqued, I clicked it open. The message was short, hurried, and as I read it, a sense of dread settled over me.
It was from Rui.
She must have gotten my number from the time she used my phone to call her parents. Don't tell me she got herself into trouble again..

This is bad. I'm pretty sure Ria-san recognizes Rui but it is possible Rui doesn't. If those two met..
Panic gnawed at me, quickening my pace. My mind raced with questions-how had Rui even managed to get inside? The thought of her being caught in such a place, surrounded by people who would not take kindly to her presence considering she was a minor, made my chest tighten.
I needed to get there. Fast.
Roppongi's lively streets seemed to blur as I weaved through the crowds. The once vibrant city now felt menacing. Every step felt urgent, my anxiety rising with every passing second.
As I approached Maiden's Heavens, the music from within grew louder, the bass reverberating through the ground beneath my feet. Two female bouncers in black suits, obviously muscular and trained, stood outside menacingly as they guarded the entrance.
Shit, I never step a foot here before..I can't just come up and say "Hey, I know your boss so let me in." to the bouncers. HOW THE FUCK RUI SNEAK IN??
