Finding You Part 6 Chapter 6~
At General Hospital, Genevieve's room—Genevieve was woke up when Skye came in. "Baby, how are you doing?" Skye asked. "Alright," Genevieve said. "I'm glad you and Alexander came home. Did you have a nice trip?" Skye inquired. "Yes, we did. I loved Italy," Genevieve replied. "Yes, I loved it too. Thank you for the vase," Skye said. "I'm glad you like it," Genevieve responded. "Always. So, how was learning Italian?" Skye asked. "It was fun. I passed," Genevieve said. "I knew you would. Anything else happen in Italy?" Skye asked. "No, Alexander and I just had fun and enjoyed each other. Alexander was working on his deals," Genevieve said, tears in her eyes. "Genevieve," Skye said as she wiped her daughter's tears. "Alexander has to come back to me," Genevieve insisted. "Alexander will come back to you. I didn't know you loved him that much," Skye remarked. "I do. We're soulmates," Genevieve affirmed. "I'm glad you feel that way about him," Skye said. "I do. I wish I could've said goodbye to him and kissed him," Genevieve wished. "I know," Skye replied. "When can I get out of here?" Genevieve asked. "You have to stay here for a little while, then you can go home," Skye explained. "I'm sure you're happy that I have to let you take care of me and that Skylar is home, and I just let it all go. I wish that happened as soon as I left," Genevieve expressed. "I'm glad you're coming home. But I hate that you were hurt for this to happen," Skye said. "Yeah," Genevieve agreed. "I love you, and I know by sending me that vase, you love me too," Skye said. "I'm tired," Genevieve admitted. "Alright, I will let you rest," Skye said as Bobbie entered. "Genevieve, Dr. Scorpio wants me to show you how to clean your burns. You need to keep them clean and dry," Bobbie explained. "Do you have anything for the pain?" Genevieve asked. "Yes, I do," Bobbie replied. "Thank you, Bobbie. I will take care of my daughter. I remember how I had to clean mine," Skye said. "Yes, you do," Bobbie responded and left. "Genevieve, I healed, and so did your grandparents. So will you," Skye said as she kissed her daughter on the forehead and left.
At the Burn Center, Emily and Nikolas were getting Alexander settled into his new room. "I guess this is my new home," Alexander said. "Alexander, you will get better and go back to Genevieve," Nikolas reassured him. "She may move on by then," Alexander replied. "We will get you better; I promise," Emily said. "Thank you, Mother. Father, can I be alone?" Alexander asked. "Sure," Emily replied as they left. "Oh, Emily, I'm scared for our son," Nikolas admitted. "So am I," Emily agreed.
