"Could you please try to muffle the sound of your heels?" Law requested in a hushed tone as they both huddled in the shadowy corner of the hallway. "The last thing we need is to draw attention from any nearby pirates."

(Y/n) shot him a playful glare before responding in a whispered-yet-indignant tone, "I can't help it, alright?! Nobody informed us that this would be the next phase of the competition! The Museum didn't provide any hints beforehand! If they had, I would have opted for my one-inch heels instead!"

Law regarded her with a deadpan expression, his tone calm and composed as he replied, "That still wouldn't be of much assistance to us, regardless."

As Law and (Y/n) found themselves navigating the silent halls of the competition venue, the hushed atmosphere weighed heavily on them. Every step (Y/n) took seemed to echo louder than intended, the click of her heels threatening to betray their presence to any lurking competitors.

Law cast a sideways glance at (Y/n), his left eye twitching in annoyance. "You know," he murmured softly, "your noisy heels are going to give us away faster than you can say 'pirate treasure.'"

(Y/n) rolled her eyes, a small smile tugging at the corners of her lips as she shot him a mock glare. "Thanks for the reminder," she whispered back, her voice laced with sarcasm. "I'll be sure to remember to pack my geta shoes next time we embark on a stealth mission."

"Ah, my apologies," Law retorted with a smirk, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "I didn't realize we were auditioning for a role in a tap-dancing ensemble. Remind me to bring along some tambourines next time for added effect."

"Ah, but then where would the fun be?" (Y/n) teased,  "Besides, it's hard to resist the allure of these heels when they make such a captivating entrance."

"How do you manage to sprint in those heels?" Law asked, his gaze fixed on (Y/n)'s three-inch black stilettos. "Don't your feet protest from all that running?"

(Y/n) chuckled, a playful glint dancing in her eyes as she shrugged nonchalantly. "Oh, you know," she replied with a grin, "a little pain is just part of the price for looking fabulous."

Law couldn't help but acknowledge that (Y/n) looked absolutely stunning in her ensemble. The inventor, (Y/n) Granger, was clad in a pristine white blouse adorned with delicate ruffles cascading down the sleeves. A sleek black necktie was neatly fastened at her collar, adding a touch of sophistication to her attire. Paired with a form-fitting black pencil skirt. Completing her look were knee-high black socks secured in place by a stylish thigh strap, along with her trademark black fedora perched atop her head.

However, this time, rather than her parasol, she have her trusty floating robot companion by her side—Turri.

"Listen, can you hear that?"

(Y/n) tensed as a whisper reached her ears from the adjacent hallway of the venue. When she glanced at Law, his stoic expression silently conveyed a sense of validation: "I warned you," it seemed to say.

Damn it (Y/n) thought.

Their objective is to uncover the identities of the pirates associated with the jolly roger emblem drawn on the badge bestowed upon them prior to the deadline and also securing their target's badges to prevent their adversaries from completing the same task. Without their own badges, they would lack the authority to capture their targets' badges. Failure to do so before the time limit expires would result in their elimination from advancing to the finals.
