I can
look at the
sky and find something
that shine, I can wait 'till
it's dark and perhaps pick one
of the stars, I can look deep down
the ocean and figure out what conspires
I can
tell how the
stars get so envious
of the way your eyes sparkle
The way you smile, so warm and gentle
I can
tell you countless
sweet and dreamy pieces
of words I collected in sherds
But I can
prove you deserve
more than those kinds and
fancy flowery mutters, I can
list hundredths and thousandths
of dos and donts, I can show you the
adjectives of the lover I use to withhold
And I can
do nothing but hope
that all my wishes will come true
But I can
hear them say
"Look for the one"
And so I did cross the
river and climb the highest
mountain, to meet the one -but
someone yelled, "You can't find the
right one, they don't exist my dearest one"
But I can
Tell the truth
from lies, I'll know
If happy endings are just
fairytale stories, I can prove
That they're wrong and I'm right
Why are we looking for the right one, anyway? Why don't we be the home and
the right one and the happy endings of thee?
