In a palace far away
A maiden was thrown astray
Nobody knows about her but her name
She's a demon disguised as angel untamed
Days, months, and years pass by
Everyone sees her as spy
She's a maid in the palace so high
But all the slaves wanted her to die
She's a puzzle with missing pieces
Nobody can put her together even their best wishes
Because in her head she's just a cherub so pure
But the entire kingdom sees her as obscure
She thought she's innocent but lo!
She's daydreaming so true!
She's blind of her own evil doings
Perfect maid of a laughingstock feelings
She's never looked at nor talked by anyone
Even the lowest of slaves can't bear her - no one
Perhaps she's born a liar and wicked
It's just a facade that she's holy but livid
One day, out of desperation to be heard and seen
She spilled the tea on the table of the king and queen
She knows the risk will cost her life
But she did for the sake of light and strife
For once she was looked in the eye
Been heard and held by the crowd as she cry
Tied in front of the palace while stones don't stop coming by
At last! She's seen and heard before her heart stops to pry
