Last night's dinner with Do-hee went well. I felt proud of myself for making an effort to ensure she ate properly and encouraging her to enjoy more food. The entire dinner was a delightful experience for me. I enjoyed watching Do-hee eat and chat. She looked adorable eating her steak and pasta, and the wine helped her relax and enjoy herself. I was genuinely happy to see her eating more than just a salad, and she even liked the cheesecake.

Today, I had a scheduled shoot with her for my newest collection launch, where she was to introduce each collection to the public with me. When I entered my office, I found a basket decorated with fruits and flowers waiting for me on my desk.

"It's from Ms. Do-hee. She said it's a gift expressing her gratitude," Wonwoo hyung said, standing next to me as I curiously examined it.

"Ah, I see." Without saying anything more, I walked over to my desk. Sitting down, I admired the beautiful decorations with the fruits and flowers. In the center, a pink letter caught my eye. Opening it, I found a handwritten note from her.

Mr. Mingyu,

I want to express my deepest gratitude for saving me that day. I am forever thankful for your support during that time and beyond. Also, thank you for the comfortable slippers you gave me. I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner together last night and look forward to our future collaborations as we promote the brand. Lastly, I wanted to show my appreciation by giving you this fruit and flower basket, which I made myself. I know it may not be as fancy or expensive as a store-bought gift, but I thought it would be a nice gesture to thank you for everything you've done for me. I hope you like it.

Sincerely,

Do-hee

I couldn't help but smile as I read her letter. It was endearing of her to add Kuromi stickers to decorate the letter and use pink paper, though it was a bit unprofessional. Still, it was undeniably cute.

'She even decorated the letter. How cute.'

"Ahem." Suddenly, someone cleared his throat nearby, catching me off guard. I stopped smiling, but it was already too late; Hyung had probably seen me grinning like a fool. "Seems like someone is very happy to get a gift. Can't even control their lovesick smile, huh?" he teased.

"Lovesick smile? You're being dramatic. I was just appreciating her effort," I defended myself.

"Yeah, like a lovesick boy."

"Love... what? You're exaggerating. Is the shoot with Ms. Do-hee starting soon?" I tried to change the topic, thankfully managing to do so.

"Yeah, she and her manager will be here in about 20 minutes. We should wait for them in the hallway," he suggested, glancing at his watch.

"Sounds good to me. Let's go, then," I agreed, standing up.

"Sure, let me just take this basket first." He moved to take the basket, but I held onto it protectively.

"Where are you taking it? She gave this to me as a gift, so it's mine, right?" I said, feeling oddly attached to a fruit basket.

"I... was going to give it to Mrs. Lim to keep in a cool place until we get back," Wonwoo Hyung explained, looking perplexed by my sudden protectiveness.

"Ah, I see. You should have said that. Let me take the letter out; it doesn't need to stay with it," I relented, handing him the basket without the letter and regretting my earlier behavior. Without looking back, I headed to where we were supposed to meet Do-hee.

While Hyung and I waited for her, I suddenly spotted her silhouette coming into view. She looked stunning in her outfit.

"Hello, Mr. Mingyu. I hope you guys haven't been waiting long," she greeted us warmly.
