21- Texas Part 2

"What makes you think I flirt with celebrities?" he asked. "I don't know I'm kind of considered a celebrity and you're flirting pretty well with me." I said with a smile."Well if you put it that way, what are you doing tonight?" he asked. "Making sure he doesn't hurt himself." I said as Cody chugged down his eighth beer. 

"Keep them coming ladies!" Cody shouted in the bar as five more beers were put on the counter."Oh god, he's drunk." I said. "My shift ends in ten minutes if I get the next guy to watch your friend here, will you go out with me?" he asked. 

"Yes I'll go out with you, but only if you tell me your name." I said. "Tyler." Tyler said. "Well Tyler I'll have to warn you this is the only thing I have." I said. "That's alright, you look beautiful already." Tyler said as he finished up his shift and went to go change as the next bartender came."You Stacey?" the bartender asked me. 

"Yes." I said. "Tyler will be back down in probably ten or so minutes and don't worry I'll keep a good eye on your friend Cody over there." The bartender said."Is he in a grinding line?" I asked. "Yep." The bartender said. 

"I'm going to go get the room key from his pocket can you bring him upstairs at one if he's still down here?" I asked the bartender."Sure if you take a picture with me." He said. "Of course, can I see your phone?" I asked he gave me his phone. 

And some of my classic pictures with guys are a picture of me kissing their cheek and that's of course what I did.I grabbed Cody's key gave it to the bartender and he said he'll make sure Cody gets up in our room by one. 

"Are you ready to go?" Tyler asked as I waved bye to the second bartender and we walked out the hotel."So where are we headed mister bartender?" I asked him. "To one of my favorite places in Dallas." Tyler said as he opened his passenger car door for me. 

My dates with Jake were never this relaxed we were always trying to avoid the paparazzi that found out I live in Maryland, I mean we couldn't be anywhere for more than five minutes without a camera flash or some fan wanting something from me.Not that my fans are a bad thing I love my fans I really do I just wish they knew the line between just asking for a picture on a date or just in general.So we were driving for probably twenty minutes or so just talking and laughing it was amazing, I've never just been relaxed and just talked to a guy in a long time.When we arrived I saw this building, that's really it. 

"Put this on." Tyler said handing me a blindfold as he opened the car door. "I'm not putting that on." I said. "Come on you don't trust me?" Tyler asked. "I've known you for two hours!" I said defensively. "Come on please." He said giving me puppy dog eyes. 

"Alright fine, but if I fall..." I was saying."You won't, to feel safer would you rather have me carry you in?" Tyler said. "No you don't have too." I said."Well saying that out loud I kind of want to carry you in, come on." Tyler said as I was being lifted in the air. 

I heard the sound of a car door close then quiet for a few seconds then I heard "Hello, Mr. Jones," and Tyler put me in a chair I waited another couple seconds he took the blindfold off my eyes adjusted to the lighting and I was amazed at what I was seeing. 

"What do you think?" Tyler asked hopefully. "This is the most beautiful restaurant I have ever seen." I said still amazed as Tyler smiled."That means a lot coming from a celebrity." Tyler said as I instantly saw like twenty camera flashes from the outside window. 

It's like they have a bat call or something, I thought in my head. You know what I don't care if paparazzi sees me I was having a great time and they're not going to ruin it. 

"Was that camera flashes?" Tyler asked as the waitress came by and gave us our menus."Thank you, yes it was paparazzi followed me from California." I said. "Did you want to go?" Tyler asked."I'm fine I actually thought it was going to bother you?" I asked him.
