Im only on my 2nd head of the day and I'm already ready to go lol. I have a hour break so i decided to get my nails & toes polished. I have a new celebrity client today and I hope she brings good energy I don't do negativity.. Hearing my assistant call for me I turned around and came face to face with my "new celebrity" client
"Your 10:00 appointment is here Ms.Brewster" my assistant said
"Th... Thank you and call me Ari" I said staring at my client, as my assistant walked away
"Umm have a seat, and I'll get started" I said a little nervous. Why does this keep happening to me, I thought to myself. I ran my fingers through her hair as she stared at me through the mirror
"I know you probably do-" I cut her off
"Look Jayda this is my place of business, I don't bring my personal life into work so can we please not do this right here" I said looking back at her through the mirror as she nodded her head
"Umm you can do what ever you want to my hair" Jayda said before she pulled out her phone getting on Facebook I wonder if she would be mad if I shaved her head , I thought to my self laughing a little
"Okay come to the back so I can wash your hair" I said walking towards the back watching her sit in the chair leaning her head back into the bowl
"You don't have to be nervous, I'm not going to bite you" Jayda said causing both of us to laugh a little
1 Hour later... I finally finished Jayda's hair and it came out very cute, she told me about her being on the show called "Impact of Houston" and it's funny because I'm on that show as well but I didn't tell her.
"Thank you so much for doing my hair, I hope you would be able to do it again" Jayda said as she looked in the mirror
"No problem and anytime. You can book an appointment or we have walk-in days on Friday and Saturday from 12pm-6pm" I said smiling
"Oh I'm booking an appointment with you if that's okay?" Jayda said giving me $1,200 cash
"What is this. The cost is only $150" I said looking confused
"I know but just take this rest as a peace offering" Jayda said walking up to the front to book an appointment. I put the cash in my work purse before running up to the front to catch Jayda before she left the building
"Hey, umm here is my number. Call me when you are free and maybe we can have a sit down" I said giving her my business card with my personal number on the back of it
"Oh okay I'll reach out to you. Thank you Ariana" Jayda said before walking out.
"Awwwww look at that New Beginnings" my assistant said smiling
"I guess so" I said smiling, before walking back to my station setting up for my client who is getting boho medium braids. My client got here just in time and I got started right on her head half way through I got a notification on my phone from instagram and I tap it seeing Jayda tagged me in a photo
