My Half-Demon Boyfriend

Chapter 24

Finn's pov

I kept shooting glances at a wall clock that was set in the wall adjacent to where we were tied up. It was already one hour since Gordon tied up and Julia's back up was not arriving. I started growing out of patience.

"Hey, why is your rescue team not coming?" I finally asked

" I don't know what's taking them so long." Julia responded

" We need to find a way to save ourselves before he kills us." I said

" How?" Julia asked
" These are not even human beings. They are something else and there is no way we are getting out alive." Julia added

" Shut the hell up, detective or I will make my boys shut it for you bitch." Gordon spoke in a raised voice

"Don't dare talk to her like that again or I will myself shut up your mouth." I threatened

" That's you, Finn Peterson. You talk too much and do nothing. Are you still afraid of her? Gordon asked
" You know I can make you show who you really are." Gordon added

I was getting angry with this nosy Gordon and I could feel my demon start to crawl from inside me. I stopped thinking of annoying Gordon and focused my mind on Julia to control my anger.

" Detective, we are going to get out of this just don't listen to him." I said glaring at her beautiful face. Gordon laughed hysterically

" Shut up! You bastard!." I said raising my voice but Gordon kept laughing.

"Whoa! Finally. " Gordon exclaimed
"The cops are here. Boys get ready and give them something." Gordon said when he heard cars with ringing risen approach his safehouse. 

" You don't have to do this, Gordon. They are just kids and they are not ready for this." I tried to push some sense into Gordon's head.

" Boys, show them that you're ready." Gordon said and the boys started beating us up but before it got out of control, the cops got inside.

" Get the cops first, boys." Gordon said and his boys turned to the cops.

"Put your hands on the wall where I can see then. You don't need to fight with us." Detective Chris said pointing his gun at the boys.

" Boys, don't listen to these cowards. We chose war and we are going to fight." Gordon said

" Jim, you said the cops killed your father. Do you want to avenge him now and here?" Gordon asked and Jim nodded and then released his demonic look. The cops got scared after seeing his fangs and horns. The other boys let their demons out too and started fighting the cops.
The cops kept firing while the boys broke their guns into pieces using their bear hands at any chance they got.

" Detective Paul, over here." Julia shouted and Paul ran to untie her.

" Give me a gun." Julia said and Paul gave her a gun. I

" Untie me too," I  said and Paul turned to me. He reached for my hands but before he untied me, Gordon reached for him and threw him over the wall.

"How does it feel to be so helpless while you have all the powers anyone could ask for?" Gordon asked me but before I answered Raul one of the boys screamed. Julia had shot direct into his heart killing him.
Gordon turned to Julia and reached for her neck and squeezed his claws deep inside her neck  Julia started bleeding. He then knocked her over the wall hurting her head.

"Let her go. You have problem with me not her." I    said

" She killed my boy, an innocent boy whose family was killed by people like her. She has to pay." Gordon said and then squeezed his claws into Julia's heart. Julia cried begging for her life but Gordon never stopped.
